True love a rare gem Part 2

Many get the wrong impression, inspired by Hollywood movies propaganda, that love should be the fulfillment of all the sensual desires, happiness, joy and peace delivered by our partner, eternally looking for someone to provide us with that which we should rather find within ourselves first. I realized that what I assumed to be love in the past was just a very limited, distorted and watered-down idea of what true Love is, and how it is supposed to happen.  

Firstly, one has to understand that Love is unrelated to any person, it either is within or it is not. In reality, it is intrinsic in all of us, yet hidden under heavy layers of trauma, propaganda and negative programming. You can try to mimic it, but that will not resist the test of time and the fake will undoubtedly be revealed in due time. Love with the capital “L” is selfless and impersonal. When you “love” someone, you say that you want them to be happy, but in reality that might be very conditional, limited, and manipulative. What kind of love is that? It’s definitely not unconditional, or pure as it should be; it just means you just want to possess and control that person and have them deliver you that feeling that you’re incapable of feeling within yourself.

You might then have the same selfish type of love that a gardener has: he cuts a beautiful rose, knowing that it will eventually fade, wither and eventually die shortly in the vase, no matter how much care it’ll invest in it.

Same we do when we knowingly or unknowingly try to cunningly manipulate our lover into delivering what we assume is best for us, selfishly and sturdily molding them into something that we assume would be the best for us to have, many times also ignorantly believing that might be the best for them. Even if we succeed in changing them, we will end up destroying that person’s particular character that made us be attracted to them in the first place, and we might lose interest in them if they haven’t lost interest before us.

That’s why the only true love I see as such between two people is when we accept and even encourage the full expression of the other’s character and peculiarities, full acceptance of the way their soul chose to manifest.

True love is when you see a beautiful rose, you enjoy its beautiful color and the amazing scent without trying to possess it, but you bless it and care for it selflessly. Hard, I know, yet not impossible. Once you do it, you won’t go back to the selfish and possessive type of love you were taught or rather programmed to have.

You can definitely enjoy a peaceful couple’s life, but you won’t project anything on it, you will be giving that person full trust, love, full freedom of expression and movement even if it might go against your wishes, and you’ll be proud of yourself, not in any egotistical way, but you will realize that you have touched a subtler level of love that many are unaware of. By doing so, you qualify for a higher level of relationship, a more refined kind of love when you finally discover a lover that will share the same views, and they’ll shower you with their Love as you also shower them with yours.

Love is not about possession or changing others. Love is about nurturing and encouraging others to fully and freely express their character, and fully accepting that freedom of theirs while expressing fully ourselves too.  We can certainly declare that we’ve hit the jackpot when both parties (us and our lover) express themselves fully and neither is disturbed by the other’s free flow, when there’s full acceptance and fondness of each other. In true Love neither of the parties should be “walking on eggshells”!

Love is either there or is not,. Hoping someone might start loving you might be silly and the effort you put into it might not be worthwhile, although it may also happen that the recognition of the other might happen on a later date, as everything happens in the right time and place.  We should rather just flow with our inner inexhaustible Love and let it overflow. Expect nothing and be happy, grateful, joyful, and equanimous, not because it’s reflected back at us, but because we are Love and that is our true nature.

From the human perspective, it is amazing if it’s also reciprocated. But once you accept the idea that you might not get it back the way you expected it, you stop seeing the unreciprocated love as loss; you just selflessly give it, allowing people to be free in their choice of the response to your love. 

That does not mean at all that you will stupidly “throw pearls before swines”, but you will silently shine onto everything and everyone indiscriminately, as the sun also does onto us all, whilst still not allowing people who are unworthy to be connected to your unconditional love flow indefinitely.

Love, as in the emotional, limited love between a man and a woman that we see all around us, is still just another level of a fancier and more sophisticated trap, a reproductive program planted into us to ensure the perpetuity of the human species … In reality, we should become Love! Train it till you make it! Really, I tell you, we all are that already, so there’s no real training or becoming anything, but remembering our true nature, removing programming and re-establishing ourselves into our real essence that got forgotten.    

Become that impersonal, all-encompassing Love! Indiscriminately loving everything and everyone will make us able to uproot ourselves from the thralls of the illusion… Limited love, in which both have their own hidden agendas, is a very rudimentary program of control through selfishness, that can be transcended by becoming more selfless every single day.

I know that if you come closer to becoming Love, if you haven’t yet already, you will definitely encounter the one and only true counterpart of yourself who will see things in a similar way, and the human concept of love will be fulfilled too, and beyond your expectations.  Life never fails to deliver that which we are worthy of having.

There is no mind

It just struck me. Mind is an abstract concept, an assumption, a planted idea that distorts our entire perception of life. Where is the mind located? Is it in the head? I feel that there’s no mind. The idea of “mind”is what creates separation and rupture. The mind is the very” divide et impera”, a Trojan horse we have planted inside of us, it’s the only thing that separates us from Everything and All.

We assume that the mind is the headquarters of intelligence and logic. In reality, we just know, we just feel, the mind adds distortions and creates concepts, assumptions and conditions. The entire body and its systems are an undivided unit that works under the supervision of the endocrine system. But the body with its ruler, the endocrine system” ought to be fully under the supervision of the Soul, or the Higher Self, but the middle man that ruins everything is the programmed idea of mind, which is like a treasonous intermediary.

We are ruled by the secretions of the glands, from the upper ones to the lowest of them. Our perception is dictated by the hormones secreted by those above-mentioned glands. That’s why the more balanced life is lived, the better the perception of the “reality” becomes. Even “reality” is just an idea, something that, for each sentient being, is something else, therefore it’s purely subjective. As such is the concept of “mind”.

I have sometimes been reading scriptures and old writings that try to explain something in detail, yet they end up being very heavy and filled with more complicated concepts and theories that, even if true, have no value because we should rather learn simplicity, and stop to define, explain or even try to get to the bottom of everything in a compulsive way. Adding more concepts and separation, more methods, more division defies the goal. The goal is Oneness. When we are One, desire and separation do not exist. Everything is always correct.

I feel that true Beingness is devoid of any idea of “mind”, just the simple idea of mind being inexistent, can put one into a peaceful, meditative and blissful state. Can you feel it? The more we separate things, the more we try to define and catalog things and people, the further we go from grasping Reality.

The Reality can be found in the state in which there’s the realization of “there is no mind”, there’s just being, no explanation, no worry, no trying to explain or frame something. Everything Is, and we are no different. Some people advise transcending the mind, to annihilate the mind, to silence it. How can we annihilate, transcend or silence something that is inexistent? This is the very added idea that, instead of helping, separated everything from everyone.

Once we realize that we have no mind, there’s no thought process as such, there’s just Beingness and a more active state of doing, but the more the state of Beingness is perceived and pervades through whatever “doing”, the doing will fade into Beingness, and everything will become That. That is the state of Yoga (Union)! Words fail, you can try to explain it, but it won’t work. It has to be perceived and then the “aha” moment will dawn. Don’t try to grasp the idea, just feel it, and flow with it, and everything you do or don’t, everything you say or not, will be Life itself acting through you, and you become aware of the spectator mode.

We can transcend the spectator mode by realizing that we are the very Director of the whole movie. The movie that made us laugh, made us cry, made us feel pain and try to escape it, and that made us feel joy and pleasure, and we tried to preserve and maintain it forever. But once we see the screen by realizing the inexistence of the mind, and remember it is just a movie, we stop identifying ourselves with any characters in it. We realize that we are the movie, the actors, the director, the spectator, everything and Nothing at the same time.

There’s a higher state behind any high state you achieve. More to heal and a more advanced level of truth to grasp. Don’t stop, or you’ll fall into believing that you are something great, some important person, or you will fall for the newly acquired charisma that can become the reason for your downfall. The only valuable thing that will keep you from falling is humility, knowing that no matter how many miracles you experienced or happened through you, you haven’t yet even scratched the very tip of the iceberg, so why stop at an incipient level?

Don’t get drunk with your own newly perceived “greatness”, as it’s an equal fallacy as the idea of having a “mind”, but rather observe your greatness through your concealment, through humility, let others not see you, let them misunderstand you. Just shine, silently like the sun. In reality, you are not where or what you think you are. It’s all just a trick of something that doesn’t exist, called “the mind”. When you realize there’s no Mind, you touch your true state. It’s here Now. Feel it.

Be flexible

The higher power doesn’t care about concepts and ideas, spiritual theories, or other human constructs of similar nature. Therefore, we shouldn’t try to defend any theory or understanding we may have reached, as in the end, they’re all incomplete and unsuitable to keep holding to. 

That’s why people who are rigid and crystallize themselves around such concepts are unfortunately condemning themselves to stagnation and sorrow, unaware of the continuous movement and evolution of Consciousness. If we hold onto anything we get stuck and start antagonizing the very energy of Everything we strive to realize within. 

When one has accepted any concept as immutable and undeniable, they have taken a break from the path of dissolution of what is not us. Therefore realize that any concept and understanding have their own expiry date and are just tools in the eternal evolution of the soul towards uniting with the Primary Source out of which we have all emerged. 

Continuously embrace flexibility and observe when the time has arrived to abandon what has become obsolete. Allow yourself to flow with Life’s teaching without opposition and you might be getting into the roller-coaster that shakes and turns one upside down in its purpose of removing every single unnecessary particle and information that it’s not You. 

All the bookish/ academic knowledge is a powerful barrier to the one that has acquired it to see deeper into the depths of their Being. But whoever has this huge baggage of  true-at-a-very-basic-level information and dares to empty their bucket, which is filled with stale water, and fill it up with the continuous stream coming from within and from without, has almost crossed “the ocean of Samsara “! (illusion) 

Even if you know much, know that everything is not applying at higher levels of consciousness and let go of the past information that brought you here, yet has to be abandoned for you to go forward, even though this linear description may be inaccurate. 

Similarly with scriptural knowledge, when I started realizing the truth hidden in scriptures, I was so proud that I discovered the truth, but lo and behold, the truth eternally evolves; it’s not a static element on which to hold on. So I learned to feel the knowledge that comes from within, which at points contradicts scriptural knowledge, not because whoever wrote it was corrupt or wrong, but because it passed through several editing and translating processes that corrupted the message. Even if a conjunction is changed in a very important writing transmission, the full understanding may go amiss, and the essence that was intended to be transmitted might be lost, not to say that the lower consciousness of those interfering with the text in their translation, interpretation, and editing is somewhat staining the original message. 

Therefore, keep an open mind and always ask yourself “What if the other is right and I might be wrong?! “ This is also a good way for those who are, in one way or another, experiencing any sort of mental issue, to step on the path of healing themselves. Once we allow humility to kick in and empty our bucket, we open ourselves for life to continuously replenish that water with a fresher and better one every day. 

Let all fetters of “knowledge “come and go on their own accord and see yourself embarking on the path of quantum disillusionment and Unity.
