About limited mind and the ego

mind and ego

Mind is a good tool at a rudimentary level, but for further evolution and improvement mind has to be transcended. That’s why in Buddhist and Hindu texts a person that is mostly using the left brain (logical, analytical one) the person is compared to a monkey, since its understanding about life and everything else is limited by the bookish knowledge and assumptions that mind is creating because there is no realization that comes with the opening (using) of the right brain functions which are more related to the abstract/artistic way of thinking and seeing things.

Look at the moment when we are very happy, they seem so scarce, so short especially compared to the “bad” moments. If you feel like that too, it means you have a “victim” mentality and from my experience, the victim continuously sabotages own life, attracting aggressors in his/her life with the fearful behavior and lack of trust. You may say: “well, but lack of trust is similar with cautiousness, so how can a cautious person attract aggressors in his/her life”? The victim and aggressors are attracted one to the other like magnets attract each other by having reversed polarities. The aggressor “smells” the victimization in the victim and after all, he’s just going with the script. Many times by having extreme fear, we provoke being attacked, because it’s the same like the animals have a sixth sense about smelling the fear of their victims. Of course everything happens behind the curtains, since both are unaware, so they will both go with the “program” which is of the same low vibration. The only difference is that they are having different polarities. When you are in fear, you must remember that you are an eternal being of light and everything is temporary. Anyway the threat is probably less real than we may think, and even if we’re facing the inevitable, like I said in a previous article, what’s the point of dying in fear, agony, or crying? Die if you have to die, smiling, enjoying the last minutes, since it’s a moment that has to be experienced with full awareness and devoid of fear.
Often the victim feels empowered in their existence after traumas, as a way of life to make it even, hence there is a chance of getting out of it, but by not being able to love himself fully and unconditionally, they tend to go to the other extreme, becoming an aggressor, and the aggressor invariably change places, since eventually all aggressors become victims one way or another.

I realize that we should have a new goal of recognizing the victim/aggressor behavior in ourselves and in order to render them obsolete, the only real thing that we can do is to fully surrender to the flow of life and to decide not to act, nor to react, which is the hardest since the reactions are 99% of the time automatically surfacing. After the reaction, if we are aware, we may realize that we were mere spectators of the show put on by the “autopilot” which is programmed so that we either notice the patterns that are dragging us down, or we will succumb to them. The “autopilot” may get us into trouble, because of one moment of wrongly “going with the flow”, the flow of the low-vibration programs.

So you see my dear reader, ego is part of the game/Matrix, the very game that wants you to be ignorant and waste your time and energy into futile endeavors. This ego is the one that pushes people to suicide, kill or harm others. Just because this “little self” is a conglomerate of all of the bad qualities that we are having: pride, shame, inferiority, superiority, entitlement, guilt, anger, fear and many other. It’s impossible to “delete” it, or getting rid of it, as many so called spiritual leaders are recommending. Impossible from the simple reason that the removal of the things is also a trick of the Matrix, it will only be there in the back of the head, silently, running its silent programs undetected, because in our ignorance we assume that it can be removed. Removing it fully, it’s only possible when we are surrendering our bodies (when we die). So let’s not try removing it, let’s acknowledge it and decide that we are just to disempower it, fully aware of its existence and potential destructiveness in our lives.

How to disempower it? simple by cutting its energy out, by not feeding it with our victimized way of living, by not being neither of the extremes, no victim neither aggressor and not even savior, which is another ace in the sleeve of the Matrix (illusion). Just live everything half the way, don’t be too sad nor too happy, just try to understand that the point where the pendulum is resting is the point 0. When the pendulum goes to one extreme, it will make its swing to the other extreme as well, no doubt about it. So when there is a big moment of joy and we are emotionally fully immersed in it, we create the reactionary force that takes us to the negative side allowing us to experience “the other side”. Going towards extremes is just a waste of energy and time, energy that can be used otherwise. Life is just a collection of good and bad, black and white, female and male and any other representatives of the duality that we are here to experience. But as soon as we establish ourselves in neutrality we start discovering that there’s nothing to analyze, everything that happens in life is just neutral, with no meaning, but to experience all the degrees of it, both antagonistic parts of the duality and to raise above it, evolving out of it. Neutrality is the next level of evolution!
Mind creates reasons and explanations which are deluding and tricking us to believe that a certain experience is bad, very bad, good or very good, the problem is that it all comes through its previous experiences which already were misinterpreted and now we build misinterpretation based on the previous misinterpretation. Out of 2 twin brothers who were verbally abused in the childhood, one got traumatized because he interpreted that moment of abuse as the end of the world, something very traumatic which made him victimized, creating a reality out of the wrong assumption that nobody loves him and everyone wants to take advantage of him.

The second brother on the other hand didn’t interpret anything anyhow, so he was not affected anyhow by the verbal abuse of the father, so he didn’t develop any misconception about life or the happenings.

The traumatized brother will always be ill-programed by seeing some “darker side of the moon” in everything, although there may be nothing there.

Let’s say that when we are young we can’t really know how to do, how to react in certain situations, but now, as adults we have to remove the childhood programs that are plaguing our decisions, working with them. When programs from the past have no power anymore in our lives, we have a chance to improve, to be aware and not to develop new misunderstanding about anything.

As a conclusion, the mind creates misconceptions about everything and the ego is the very enemy on the evolutionary path of evolution trying to keep you ignorant. Realizing it, it’s already a huge step on the road to self-refinement.

Be a spectator

Be a spectator and not an actor is my advice. You’ve been an actor your whole life, if you want to improve, something has to be changed from your end. You can’t expect the change to come from elsewhere.

When we are seeing things from the outside  they are just neutral, like a movie, and we can freely see what was the reason for whatever happened. On the other hand, when we’re in the midst of the emotional turmoil created by some external stimulus, we are becoming dumb-like, we are forgetting self and who we truly are, we are surrendering the control over the body and mind to the animal instinct, an autopilot which sabotaged our lives continuously until now. We are slowly self-destructing ourselves by exhausting our life force (energy).

Whoever reaches the point of being a spectator of own drama, is a true master of the illusion. Much more, instead of running away from it, we are to dive deeper and deeper, to really fully understand the causes and we are experiencing the events fully from the standpoint of stillness, non-judgmental, inner love and contentment.

If we see that our lives are full of drama and misunderstanding, maybe it’s time for us to step out of it, to enjoy it fully though, so eventually becomes useless. Drama and any other “bad happenings” are here to teach us detachment or they’ll end up exhausting us. Don’t know about you dear reader, but I had enough of it. I will just sit back and enjoy, taking everything easy, because I have noticed that when we’re able to do it, all the drama and whatever is just like a straw fire, it burns with huge fearful flame but it exhausts immediately. Don’t feed the fire with your involvement, energy, or emotions. Sit back and enjoy the ride.

If we can do that, we solved one of the problems which will literally kill us sooner or later, since like I stated previously, emotional and energetic exhaustion are the cause of the body getting old and ill.
We are prone to make mistakes based on insecurities, fears, lack of self-love and love and understanding for the rest. Be the best, forgive when no one is able, because you are just doing a favor to yourself. Love when you are not loved, and here I don’t mean that we have to throw ourselves into some unsuitable person. What I meant is even less common nowadays  because it only comes from a sense of deep love to oneself and understanding and unconditional love to everyone else. So to love when you are not loved it means to have a crazy trust in life and yourself and to be able to continue loving someone even when that person doesn’t. Because real love has no jealousy and no vengeance.
As a conclusion, become a loving spectator for the amazing show that life unfolds in front of you! Never forget to count your blessings, realize that you are already perfect beautiful being not needing to be liked or accepted by anyone else.

Are we rushing anywhere?

are we rushing anywhere

If the suicidal person will just give a day or two for that issue to burn itself off, there will be no death by suicide on this planet. I bet many of us had the idea at some point. Yet we are still here, and whatever was the motive that pushed us to take into account such a possibility, it eventually faded away. But in those moments, we love to project, to create monsters out of plain nothing, to feel that everyone hates us and takes advantage of us (victimized perspective), we tend to analyze and over analyze the facts, finding more disturbing (fake) things that we didn’t see before yet there’s nothing there, everything seems darker and darker. It is all our own creation and projection. Nothing is ever good or bad, there is just our analysis on that issue which brings a meaning to the facts. In fact everything is meaningless and time destroys eventually everything: ideas, perceptions, actual people, buildings, planets, stars, you name it. If you are not feeding the fire with fuel and/or it has no oxygen it will turn off by itself. Same with whatever issue you encounter. You feed a problem with your thoughts with your attention to it, with projecting, imagining outcomes, future events. Nothing is there, you are just artificially creating a bigger problem which doesn’t exist. Stop it, divert your mind from it, but come back when you’re calm so that you learn from it. Breathe deeply and you’ll see that whatever it was, it was just a storm in a glass of water.

Watch it, because when you are taking the road to fixing and removing the bad programming in your mind and subconscious, you are opening a Pandora’s box which is impossible to close. Either you walk the path or the path is going to consume you. Many have died trying (literally), it’s a path for the courageous, for the selfless people. It’s a magical path, which can be compared to a marathon but a marathon against various distorted versions of your own self. Be aware. It’s not easy, but it’s not always painful either. And it all depends on the perspective, so have no perspective, don’t judge the situation anyhow, accept everything comes your way lightly.

I would like to tell a small story about perspectives: One Buddhist monk sat under the tree where Buddha was said that attained enlightenment. That tree was a special tree and sometimes it was a path of communication between the true seekers and God. So this monk, looks above and asks:
– In how many lives I will attain enlightening?
God answers:
– You see, my son, count the leaves of the tree and as many lives it will take you to reach the enlightenment.
– This is horrible, said the monk and starts running while screaming and whining.

A second monk comes and sits under the tree and asks the same question.
The answer invariably the same.
– Thank you, that’s great… and he starts jumping like a child, claping hands and laughing… so I will get my enlightenment after all…
In that same moment the monk got enlightened.

You see, both monks received the same answer but each saw it in a very different way. Life is always according to the individual perspective and perception through own veils. And the one with no expectations received the boon that was promised after thousand lives. So like this in life, one has to learn to let go. Letting go of everything: expectations, people, hopes, desires, addictions, bad habits… But there has to be a vision, a Higher Vision, a goal that is beyond any tiny little mundane ambitions. And being patient and understanding that it may take a lot of time, may shorten actually the time of waiting and transforming oneself may come sooner than expected. The funny part is that whoever is rushing and wants things fast, will just run like a tiny mouse in a hamster wheel, pointlessly, since you can’t make anything happen before the time is right. You can never trick the Higher Self, the Universal Consciousness, you can just arm yourself with humbleness and patience and maybe you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

See, this self-improvement road is a very long and bumpy road, but by Grace, you are supported, even when you think you are not. You are loved and supported and above all watched. Start on this route with no expectations whatsoever. Just desire to be a better version of yourself and many boons are given without even you noticing. Like in a game when one player reaches the end of the level, he gets points and rewards, because after all this life is just a game, and the only certitude in this game is that at some point everyone surrenders the body.

If we make the boons our destination, we are just caught in the power game, and that same power which we may be dreaming of having will eventually destroy us.

So, you think is there anywhere to rush?

We are mostly navigating unconsciously in this reality

navigating unconscious

Record yourself, video or at least audio, keep the recorder on the whole day and try to watch it afterwards and realize how unaware we are of what we do and say throughout the day. But in order to realize the unawareness, a certain level of awareness (which is mostly nonexistent to the majority of people) and honesty to self has to be there. We have to be very sincere in order to accept that we are looking like possessed sometimes, possessed by the subconscious mind, old patterns and poisonous emotions.

Because maybe nobody will waste time to watch or listen 8-10 hours of their day, I will recommend you to start recording when you reach home for the 30 minutes and better when you are meeting someone. Even if you will alter your way of behaving because remembering that you are recording, it’s a good exercise where you can realize that you are acting automatically when not being aware. So it is a good way to start being more aware.
I studied myself especially when interacting with other people, and I was surprised to find out how my old behavioral patterns were dictating my way of communicating and behaving with others. It is like we are living our lives mostly being unaware, of the root of our habits and the programs which define the automatic and semiautomatic responses to different stimuli.
Our behavior is altered by the conscious, subconscious and unconscious programs that we acquired throughout this life and previous. So we already come altered to some extent, but not only that we’re not aware of these programs, but we are collecting more and more, adding to the level of difficulty that the path towards the true freedom has, transforming it often in an impossible task,at least for this lifetime.
If we are happy with the life that we are having and we are not ready to implement gradual changes, it is no problem, sit back, relax and enjoy. But I am sure that we are all aware that life is not a walk in the park, and no matter how much we enjoy it, at some point we will be questioning the meaning of our existence. Since you are reading this, that question must have been already addressed. Have you found your purpose? Nowadays paradigm, unfortunately, doesn’t support the ideas that you are going to find, reading this blog, but if something in it clicks with you, if you feel that there may be some truth in it, just dig deeper. You don’t need to take my experience for truth, you just need to start thinking for yourself, and whatever information comes your way, filter it through your intuitive sense, and secondly or not at all by the mind because many times mind is too linear, too logical to accept something which is out of the range of the things that is used to analyze. If you hear an idea that may seem crazy at first glance, don’t deny it (like in the scientific method), don’t accept it either. Question it. First of all, in order not to waste unnecessary time with it, ask yourself “Is the answer to the question going to improve my life or the way I understand the things?” If the answer is yes, then use intuition, or contemplative method, but if it’s not useful, why to even waste your time with?
If it’s really useful, and the answer is going to change your life or way to see the world, then ask first your Higher Being, or we may say ask your heart or your right side of the brain about it, the abstract part of the mind, because the logical one (left side), is failing to understand most of the time matters that are beyond the comfort zone, which is the case with the path of self-realization. In order to recognize intuition we must train ourselves to listen to it. So many times my intuition warned me about certain people at first sight, but I was trying to convince myself that I am biased or it’s not fair or “politically correct”, but each time, the intuition was right, sooner or later that person would show their real face to realize that my inner feeling was always right. I shared this with you , dear reader, so you may draw a similar parallel. Maybe each of you had different moments when you were warned by intuition ,yet you were not following it. You may find useful to start using the biggest tool that we have embedded into our being!
Are we really navigating adrift in this reality? Yes the majority of us are. Because we have no higher vision whatsoever, most of the time, and by the sunset of the life we realize the uselessness of the life we lived. Don’t know about you dear readers but I will definitely do something about it. I will start using the steering wheel (awareness). Like in the song of Michael Jackson: “If you wanna make the world a better place, take a look at yourself and make a change…”

Going to the past, a real minefield

I noticed that people tend to go to the past and pick up some disturbing behavior or thing said by the other, but they are not aware that they are summoning back the same demons that left them once they decided to “sign” a truce or peace, be it in the family or extrapolated to whichever cell of the society.

Then the potential is to not only destroy the new agreements but also to create a bigger rift between the two factions. It is also about ego, that little self which pushes us to defend ourselves and use whatever past information to hurt and show righteousness (which is sign of ignorance). Who could have known that the past information is “infected” with past feelings and emotions which maybe were imposed by ill wishing people, or by own demons lurking inside? I realize that there’s no need to bring up the past even if it is a recent past, cause it will only create more havoc then it was already. We can bring up the past to work with it, internally to take the right realization out of it and go further, but never to remind to someone else with the purpose of putting them down. Otherwise let bygones be bygones.

Either you take what I stated ad-litteram or you take it as a metaphor, doesn’t really matter since the truth is not limited to a certain detail or peculiarity, the core of the real truth can be applied to everything and it is planting a seed which will sprout on its own, at the right time, the result being very unique and specific to each individual.

So don’t bother too much or stumble in some way of expressing or an idea in which you disagree. Take what is good, and you feel that resonates with you, and forget about the rest. Like I said, although the truth is one, it has very many layers and facets so it is so easy to misinterpret it because of its simplicity and apparent otherworldlyness, and in the same time it is messing up with our old system of values. So it takes a lot of courage to even accept that it sounds, if not correct (yet), but familiar. From the “normal” standing point, also a bit of craziness is needed, because there has to be “exaggerated” flexibility to withstand the over the board tests (that life will bring) that upgrade to the next level our braking point, after starting on this path. I call it the rebound capacity, which many times may look cuckoo but which saves us from loosing the Path, risking to go even lower than we were previously. That’s why I will give you the advice that I gave to myself: Don’t roam too much in what happened already, draw each second a line and decide to go forward having the higher vision above little offenses or other things that bothered us. Let the ego just die itself, you have to bend down in the wind like a very elastic tropical plant, accepting everything as being correct and being connected to every moment of ‘now” fully, forgetting already the past second which carried a certain negative current or emotion. This is the survival kit. A kit containing huge doses of humbleness, courage, craziness, and most of all dedication to oneself. It will help you when you are about to lose it.

The power of letting go is one of the most important and upbringing force, it’s so simple yet so hard to apply because we always feel that we have to defend our hurt “little me” (ego) to protect ourselves, and it’s simply not part of our pattern of behavior. But it’s all illusion, anyways everyone thinks about you whatever they want to think regardless of what you would want them to think about you. Actually you can easily create a study: acting the best you can in front of 100 people, and checking anonymously their impression about you. It will never bring a 100% positive result no matter what we do. So may I ask why are we trying to please others in change for acceptance and “likes”? I am telling you, being who you are truly will bring same or better result than when trying to play the chameleon.

Be yourself in a non-violent way, without deliberately hurting people with your “freedom”, without playing “good guy/girl”, remember humbleness and flexibility and… Ah, I was about to forget,… A bit of Craziness 😁

The traps of the low vibration deeds

the traps of the low vibration deeds

I have dedicated myself lately in studying my own behavior, tendencies, conscious and unconscious patterns and programs. When I realize how they manifest, I check what are the similarities with other people experiences and I choose a plan to improve myself, remove and/or transcend all the unnecessary, based on my observations.

I noticed an automatic development of a negative pattern, which I consider to be a low-level programming, part of every human being. Once we “go low”, as an example: if we are falling for an addiction like tobacco, alcohol, drugs, games, shopping, promiscuous sexuality or other (whatever addictive behavior or any lower vibrational action), we are free falling, entering a spiral of lower level actions and behavioral patterns and issues. I have noticed it in my life and in the life of all the people I have met. So I realized that we are all subjected to it.
I will offer you my example: I started smoking in my early years and soon after, I also started to drink, at first one beer at a time, then 2-3, and later on countless and much stronger alcohol, same with cigarettes, or any other, the “dose” always increases. We are all aware that the above-mentioned behaviors and substances are detrimental for us. Furthermore, we are only aware of the damage that it may provoke only on a physical level, and only sometimes we may notice that there’s also a slight mental influence. But the biggest problem with bad behavior and abuse of substances (here I include coffee, sugar, and other “harmless” day to day poisons that we are burdening our body with) is that we are unable to see what are the repercussions on a subtle, energetic level.
That’s why using substances, having a wrong diet, low vibrational actions and emotions, are dragging us in a pit where the lower we go, the easier it is to acquire more lower vibration actions, emotions and unhealthy food habits among many other. You can say that it looks like a true “road to hell”. The lower we go, the harder it is to exiting the pit and in order not to create a huge negative impact on our mental, spiritual and bodily health, all the bad habits and deeds have to be gradually abandoned, since stopping all of them at once may be a very difficult or detrimental thing to do.
I first started eliminating sugar from the coffee. Then I removed coffee, processed alcohol, all sweets, but I continued to drink sporadically only home made wine, later on to come to the realization that I don’t need alcohol at all. Meat, poultry and fish disappeared next. Slowly I removed most of the substances that I believed that carried a risk for my mental, bodily and energetic health and things started to improve. Of course we can never be totally free from bad food or influences but we can always try to do our best to reduce them, hence consciously minimizing the overall bad effect on our body-mind-spirit system.

So I am sure that as the spiraling of the low vibration actions and emotions creates a negative impact, but it also applies the other way around, there is also a spiraling of the positive actions and removal of the unnecessary, so by starting to remove all the useless actions, things, and emotions, unworthy people started to disappear from my life and, new, higher vibration people appeared , I realized new things, that we are not supposed to do anymore, and so forth. I started being more aware of what I do and say. I realized that I was living a predetermined life according to the routines and mainstream ideas I incorporated without questioning , programs and distortions accumulated throughout years and lives of ignorance. Some slight improvements of the 5 senses perception appeared primarily, (but only after I received Shaktipat¹) like being able to isolate from the distance a certain scent or sound at will, stronger intuitive sense. From own experience I can tell that some of the extra abilities are temporary, the sense of smell and hearing acuity came back to normal, and they are only part of the transition from the old towards a newer, improved self.

¹ Shaktipat – Initiation of the divine spark within by a Highly Evolved Spiritual Being (Preceptor/Teacher/Guru) through glance, touch or by conscious concentration onto a being, transferring information and energy which supports the devotee/student on their transformation towards the Divine Beings that we all are in potentiality. -I am going to dedicate an article to this subject which is nowadays so misinterpreted and underappreciated, remaining so far for many an enigma but which is the core and the beginning of the True spiritual evolution-.

Live like there’s no tomorrow, Part II

there is no tomorrowThis illusory life we’re living in is a constant emotional struggle. Stop struggling and you will be able to see the futility of reacting or fighting against it. It will be a straight parallel to Don Quijote’s fight against the wind mills.
Before working in the present moment, go to the past and recall one of the biggest issues that you experienced. See how it feels. Remember how it felt at the moment. Is it so unbearable as it felt in that moment? I doubt. But if yes, stay there with that feeling of pain, being hurt, betrayed, lied to, cheated, ashamed or guilty… Work with it, because the progress is for the courageous people. Evolution is hidden in the pain. Why would we want to evolve when we’re in a warm, cozy place? Pain is just the engine of transformation, be there with it, realize that there is nothing to be afraid anymore, realize that that moment in time created ripples that riches over and over to you and creates havoc in your life. Situations may look very different but the main emotion is same and it continues to milk you out of your vital force dragging you into the cave of sorrow and self-pity. You want to go there? Go. But there is no one to blame but your own insecurities and lack of courage that stops you from taking yourself out of the misery.

If there is no response or a very faint one when you go to the past trauma, just draw a parallel with all the stressful situations or mishaps that happen lately in your life. Do they look so bad when the moment is gone? No. Then the only task one has so far is to give whatever problem a short period of time, from 5 minutes to few days depending on the problem/issue, but by not reacting, that bad thing looses the power, if you don’t analyze nor fall into despair, you may realize shortly that it was just a bubble of soap. Nothing in the world is worth of exhausting our emotional energy. This energy is the same energy that keeps us alive in this illusionary world we’re living in.
Like a DSLR photo camera who is having a limited amount of clicks that is guaranteed, like a bulb which has a limited amount of on/off sequences, same, our body has a limited amount of emotional energy so far. You exhaust it, you’ll have to change the vehicle (next life’s body).

I struggled with my own demons a lot, trying to abstain myself from reacting to triggers. On a smaller scale I was successful, but when a big wave was coming, I was again caught off guard. Again back to square 1. But with the help of the Grace and some very special people in my life, I managed to raise again, dust my clothes and start climbing again like Sisyphus. But the difference between him and me is that I have a chance to make it through.
The secret to getting over whatever situation is realizing how short life is and that there may be no tomorrow.

This may be also misinterpreted by some, thinking that if there’s no tomorrow they can hurt people or decide not to do their chores, stop working or so. Well, I will have to disappoint you. Actually is doing everything you can to make sure that if you reach “tomorrow”, your job is amazingly done, nobody is hurt and so on, but reacting towards the issue as there is no tomorrow. Cause if there’s no tomorrow, if only the present day is what’s left, you will maybe concentrate on having a wonderful day with your family and friends, and you will want to let them know that you love them and you enjoy the beautiful time you have with them, and you will try to be at ease with everything and everyone. And no matter what problem you may encounter during this last day, nothing will really matter, isn’t it?
The constant projection into the future is killing us slowly, but there’s no doubt about that. Live in the present, since the past is gone and the future doesn’t exist. This is that “experience the moment of now” which everyone talks about. But do you dig it? Does it ring your bell? No? Maybe not yet, but this information which existed your whole life somewhere hidden inside you, will sprout out one day, of this life or one of the next. But what is in this moment of “now”? Is that firm, steady information deeply rooted in yourself that this life can be just a dream, a game, one of the many you already had, so all that matters is just the present moment! Yet we keep on stumbling over and over again, so we have to be born again and take it all over again. One life, you enjoy the richness and you get lost in it and you forget that there’s a higher meaning for you to find. The immediate next your Higher Self will want to be poor, because whatever you took extra, eventually has to be given back. The other life you enjoy being a political leader, a religious one, a killer, dictator, and the next life you may be a victim of one… Distraction for the soul. Until you will exhaust your thirst for power, this can take hundreds and thousands of lives. Same with the love for money. There’s no problem with the money, but they are only a way of sustaining a decent existence not a purpose “per se”. When they become a purpose, like an addiction, they destroy the addict like whatever addiction does in the end, no matter what addiction that can be, cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, TV, games, food, promiscuous sexuality… Yes, in the end there’s only one winner, the addiction. And here you go again, over and over on the same path, in a loop similar to the Sisyphus’s one. You may choose to stop now. Ask yourself if you want to become a better version of yourself and act upon this decision. Stop hurting people or this loop of unhappiness is going to haunt you throughout this and next lives. Forgive! Forgive yourself and everyone else. Love yourself and after you love yourself exactly how you are, without attire, titles, names, fancy clothes, diplomas, just who you truly are, and love for the humanity will come automatically coming from the realization of “We are all one”. Entitlement and righteousness is the main trap we are falling over and over again to, along with vengeance…They are all actions of a very low vibration. If we manage to transcend them, our life is going to take a turn which we are not even able to dream about.

May all of you have a chance to discover your Divinity within, and act wisely!
