Linear vs. Quantum

Walking in a regular, linear (typical A to B thinking) style will not take you to the quantum world. Going onto old ways and itineraries and using the same old tools that took you nowhere would not be able to take you anywhere or give you new outcomes that you dream about.

The limited mind is the very representation of the old, so you can recognize the influence of the mind by the conservative approaches and actions that try to preserve its status quo. Mind tries to preserve the old ways that insures its ruling over the dormant Self. Therefore if you dream (aspire) about waking up, you have to take a leap of faith into the unknown, into newness. You have to be courageous to embrace the unknown, be wise and patient, pure, humble and crazily letting go of each past moment, ruthlessly slashing unnecessary ties with the old and the darkness.

You have to know that whatever you see is somewhat an illusion because of the limited tools of perception. The senses are very limited compared to the vastness of existence and its infinite expression. The senses only perceive a small fraction of what truly is, so the image, sound and feeling of something is mostly a mind concept, created out of insufficient data collected by the senses, the mind draws the rest of the image according to beliefs and memories of the past which are even more phantasmagoric due to the lack of previous correct perception/interpretation of the past experiences. This knowledge about our impossibility/limitation to see the entire “picture” should humble us down, accepting that the most probable thing is that we don’t know anything, and this is the beginning of true wisdom.

Even in situations in which we believe that we are exposing ourselves to novelty and growth, there might be little or no truth about it. Let’s take for instance the interaction with a Siddha (perfected) being if we are ripe enough to recognize such an encounter. . Although we feel intuitively that the being in front of us is in a different (higher) reality /paradigm then we are, so we intuitively feel that being as in a more advanced state than us, we are still unable to comprehend and to imagine the extent of that difference, similar to a child not being able to truly imagine the complexity of the adult experience and perception that comes with time and maturity. Therefore we will continue to project onto that being our old ideas and perception and judge his/her actions, words and appearance according to our own patterns and faulty (socially imposed) rules that are dictated by the mind(ego), which wants to preserve its reign over the dormant Self and ensure its continuity throughout lifetimes.

The only way we might have a chance to change the linearity into quantum is by accepting, by flowing with life, fully trusting it and without projecting potential outcomes onto it. Each time we project, expect and hope about a certain outcome coming true, we are trying to manipulate life to flow in a certain way that we expect, project or hope, therefore depriving ourselves of what is truly ours to have and experience, just because we are afraid of the unknown and we are unable to trust. This is the very reason for the suffering that everyone is experiencing at this moment.

A perfected being will truly trigger all the falsehood and darkness that we have within and we try to numb, hide and deny that even exists within us. It is so easy to blame the trigger instead of knowing and owning our own shit. After all everything and everyone outside of ourselves are just triggers and pointers to what is already within us. Once something is not within ourselves it is impossible for an external factor to trigger what is not there. It’s like someone coming with a torch inside a cave, but since there’s no wood or other inflammable material inside the cave, there will be no chance of a fire to start.

Therefore we shouldn’t blame external elements as people and situations for what we don’t like, but rather take full responsibility for what we feel/experience and wonder about, and question and realize what’s our input for that situation to take place. Because that is ours and the reason is within, so don’t blame anyone without because it is like blaming the sea for drowning you, when it is your fault that you jumped inside without knowing how to swim.

If we remember that everything that we experience outside is caused by what is within us, then we indeed walk the path of rediscovery, of self-realization.  As a small example once we’ve transcended and realized the uselessness of being envious or jealous with someone for whatever reason, no matter what qualities or possessions people will have, they will fail to ignite any jealousy or envy.

A perfected (Siddha) being will be invisible for us in its magnanimous effulgence that he/she has, if we haven’t reached a similar level, because all we will see in that tranquil water (that that being is like) will be our own crap and ignorance being reflected back to us.

I have seen people running away from that type of experience and I did that myself many times. It is truly unbearable for the one not ready to take full responsibility for EVERYTHING, and it is so easy to blame the trigger, to blame the mirror that shows a monster. But the monster is hidden within us and its power lies in its secrecy, in the fact of us being unaware of its whereabouts and its very existence. And that is not a different entity but ourselves, the very animalistic, basic, instinctual, victimized, vengeful, unforgiving, coward, dark and egotistical self that is ruling this paradigm, like some sort of the boss of the end of this level that we are trying to pass, like in computer games.

Once we admit that there might be a monster lurking within, its powers diminish and eventually, by losing the ignorance and knowing that its existence is a fact, that monster transforms into a sweet little puppy, a harmless animal that has a potential to transform both into a rabid, totally uncontrollable wolf, or into a faithful, loving and tamed dog. Both potentialities exist in the same time, but we are aware of the choices and the wisdom will dictate from now on when each of those are to be used.

There’s a risk of people taking charlatans for Siddha (perfected – highly evolved spiritually) beings. Unfortunately there are not many known Siddha beings incarnated at the moment, at least that I am aware of, yet the ones that try to mesmerize the masses by posing as such beautiful beings are many. In reality the capacity to recognize such Beings it is just according to our own vibration. We attract what’s within us. If within its mostly corruption and illusion we will attract someone who is similar, until we realize the lesson of that level and we get a chance to get to the “real deal”. If we’re vibrating in a certain way we will definitely attract similar vibrating beings and experience. But truly evolved beings that came one way or another into our lives are recognized by their vibration as useful trees are recognized by their fruits. From now on that being’s appearance in our lives will trigger an inner fight, the eternal fight between ignorance and knowledge, between good and bad, old and new… All the qualities, the morality, our purity and humbleness will be under severe scrutiny by Life itself. All the props and crutches are going to be destroyed or temporarily deactivated. We are definitely going to show what material we are made of. Since the path is taking us to a whole new level, it will not just going to be given like that to the one who hasn’t earned it before showing their true nature.

Similarly I am sure no one would give a totally new driver a brand new Lamborghini to drive, unless they’ve proven their skills on a lower level car. As such with stepping into a whole new paradigm, one has to prove himself/herself worthy and equipped with the necessary skills to survive the new challenges and vibration.

So if we are really looking for the real let’s forget about complaining and wanting to change anything according to our fickleness of mind, let’s rather develop stoicism, patience and purity and all that is ours will undoubtedly come our way.

Let life happen to you

Let whatever is yours come your way unobstructed, and let whatever is not yours to have, leave you without opposition.

When we want to control life, to direct its flow towards a certain outcome the result is pain. Even if we achieve that goal that made us invest so much time, energy and effort into it, eventually we realize that maybe it wasn’t really worth the struggle. Moreover the fulfillment of one desire automatically brings more desires and this loop never stops. Not even death puts an end to it since the mind will take its desires to the next experience (birth) so this is the very reason for us playing this game of birth and death.

As soon as you stop wanting things you have reached the ultimate happiness, the eternal bliss. That can come from the realization of “I had enough of everything” – Enough is enough! – and you decide to watch and rest, instead of manipulating, controlling and struggling. Or it comes from the realization of who you truly are, the Ultimate existence that has already everything and is already anything.

Every single moment of our lives carries a teaching, in each moment we have a choice. It’s like life tests us continuously bringing up similar struggles or dramas with those in the past, and we are facing them to see if lessons have been learnt. We are unaware of us being vengeful and feeling entitled and excusing atrocious behavior of ourselves under the pretext of righteousness. There’s no excuse for doing harm, for violence, when it comes from the rottenness of the ego.

The motive always matters. If a family living in the woods hunts every week a deer for the family to be fed, nature endures. But when people go hunting for the thrill of killing, it means that they are killing animals for their own pleasure and for that pleasure nature is going to punish one way or another. We are so unaware of the consequences of all our actions, everything produces an impact, everything is accounted for, therefore if we let life happen to us, but the steerer is the ego, then we’re down that same drain, in the same loop that kept us busy tens and hundreds of lifetimes.

When we let life happen to us, we are allowing what’s for us to come and find us, regardless that it can be catalogued as “good” or “bad”. In my understanding we are supposed to have a certain amount of experiences, a certain amount of pain, joy and whatever. When we run away from the experience, when we run away from pain, solitude and whatever disturbs us, we are just postponing it and prolonging the agony.

Let’s say we are meant to experience pain, 8 on a scale from 0 to 10. In a traumatic situation pain is building and grows on that scale, 1, 2, 3.. 7. When we run away from it before reaching that tipping point we postpone the whole process once again. So we will need to face a different traumatic event, again building the pain 1,2,3..7 but if unless the destined degree has been reached, there will be no resolution. Therefore, we should try to embrace whatever comes. Whatever comes is definitely ours to have.

The good news is that life is very just and balanced. There is never only a downward spiral of unhappy events from bad to worse. Even if we have a heavy karma to pay, we are going to be given moments of joy, of rest. Life is always fair, always correct. If we are aware that the huge pile of crap we’re carrying is ours to handle and carry until we transmute it into pure spiritual gold, then there’s no external actor or unfortunate event neither accident to blame for whatever we experience. In that moment of realization you drop all blame for yourself or others, you will definitely smile, understanding that everything is perfect, everything is always right!

Do what is for you to do, and forget about outcomes since we are not the ones in control of the outcomes. Do your best and forget the rest! If you are alone and you are fine with it but life brings someone in your life, if it clicks, it’s yours to have: be it a happy or painful experience, it’s definitely what you need to have! When we are flowing with and through life, everything comes naturally, everything is meant to be. When we think we know better we might bring unnecessary, delaying events and elements into our lives. So there has to be an element of surrender always present in our lives, even if we are caught unawares, the moment we surrender and let go, the grip of despair is loosening.

Surrender control, embrace everything, stop seeing things from the “I”, “me” and “mine” perspective. These are the veils that keep us ignorant: limiting ourselves to the bodily frame and limited mind and ego and separation perspective.

Let life happen to you and enjoy the ride, as all the rides sometimes are smooth, sometimes bumpy. It is all you’ve chosen for you to experience, so trust your higher Self! If it happens it means you are ready to have that (whatever might be), see the learning lesson within, the pain that surrounds that bitter event is just a veil to make it harder to accept, but each such event is a blessing in disguise, a bitter candy that has a sweet, creamy core as a reward for the patient, courageous and resilient who beared the bitterness.

Desires, the ace in the sleeve of Illusion

Although we eat sweets and food to give us a sense of “happiness”, of joy, the pleasure is very limited and short lived and invites afterwards the other side of the pendulum, the lower feelings of guilt, remorse, depression, along with the health repercussions on the physical body etc, and since the world is mostly polarized towards negative nowadays, the lower emotions are felt more acute and seem to last longer… Actually it’s funny that I was reading something similar in the book of Nisargadatta yesterday, about the futility of empowering desires and pushing toward materializing them. And this is because the result is more pain and suffering which eventually will push us to try to get more and more “better experiences” to “counter” the painful or unpleasant ones, and the circle continues in a downward spiral. I haven’t fully seen it whilst reading about it, but now (after feeling the low-vibe emotions following – in my case – the eating of too much sweets along with the experience), it clearly makes sense why the desire to experience all this “good” stuff and to avoid the “bad” ones is silly and unproductive.

The brilliant life teaches again! All the sensual pleasures (belonging to the sense organs) are just traps of the soul enforced by the mind in its attempt to ensure the perpetuation of its ruling over the body and its continuous transmigration (from one body/experience to another) until the veils of ignorance are burnt down by the power and light of the Self.

The desires are keeping the spirit under heavy veils of ignorance, especially when that sensual pleasure is experienced in a non-aware or semi-aware state, therefore pulling one into a Vortex of low vibration feelings and a vicious circle of desire – fulfillment – short lived (almost fake) pleasure – suffering flow of events. And it all exhausts the body (through eating bad stuff, sweets, fast-food, having unhealthy sexual desire, unhealthy sexual unions (that might bring trouble in all sorts of ways) or unnecessary and excessive masturbation, and addiction to everything related to the satisfying of the senses… Oh, what a smart trap!!!

The true yogi sees through the trap and takes the other path, the path of breaking down walls and patterns that keeps him captured in this illusion. He knows that he is not the body neither the mind nor the experience) so he learns to watch himself while exploring the illusion. He removes one by one all addiction, all dependence to anything, letting slowly go of everything that used to bound him/her.  He starts seeing the middle path, in which he still eats, but doesn’t crave sweets or fancy or/and unhealthy food. He might still have a sexual life, but is healthy and devoid of craving for it. He stops craving for any stimulation, either visual, tactile, taste-wise, sexual, olfactive, auditive,… , being fulfilled by the eternal bliss of the Self found within. The middle path is not craving for anything, yet if some fancy thing appears by itself, it is fully and awarely experienced and not craved for after it ends, neither the fact that was experienced regretted. Everything seems equal inside of him, although for the external observer might look opprobrious, but this is rather advanced and we can only speculate on the moment when that point is reached. Unless we get to that same level of experience, we, who haven’t reached there, will continue seeing things in a very limited and naive way, being prone to judge according to our limitations the actions and experiences of beings that have transcended the limited to a certain extent.

Continuous untangling and transmutation of “what is not us” out of our system is the path to Yoga. Instead of being the path of acquiring, it’s the path of “losing” (letting go) everything from the point of view of not considering things or people as our property, having people and things vanishing away and being fine with it. It is the path where attachments are slowly disappearing . That doesn’t mean that people, properties and experiences are not there anymore; yes they might still be, but they are all brought by Life itself, pushed by the destiny to be fulfilled, instead of being created by the continuous desire, volition and struggle to control and manipulate the flow of life.

He (the Yogi) doesn’t refuse anything, and although experiencing it, doesn’t attach to any of these experiences or people. A sweet tranquility is inside of the yogi whether he’s  eating, having sexual intercourse, or experiencing whatever people might judge as a good or bad event. He’s always the same, sedate inside himself, equanimous, bathing in the bliss of himself, unfettered by the tricks of the illusion.

That peace, that love, that bliss…

Once we taste a very good quality of Sencha tea, in my case my favorite is organic Midori No Kaori from Uji province in Japan, then everything else that is below that level no longer feels tasty as it used to be, all of the sudden they all feel fake, a very faint reminiscence of what true quality should taste like.

As such with our true Being, once we get a glimpse of that inner Being that resides in all and everything, the peace that we feel (that is the emanation of the Being), is like the scent of the rose… invisible yet powerful and going beyond the limitations of the physical form.

Sometimes we are dragged back into the vortex of Samsara, the very mundane life that we thought we uprooted but even if we allow ourselves to be blinded again for a while, we will long for that true essence which sheds light to the so called reality we are living in and makes it look like a black and white movie that can’t be mistaken for reality.

At points the emotional turmoil captures our awareness and we lack that spiritual objectivity from before the upheaval, but deep inside ourselves that Being is slowly unveiled, like growing (although in reality nothing is growing, everything was always there, only under some heavy veils and distortions). As soon as the power of the emotions subsides, peace comes back in unless we are trying to draw conclusions, analyze and give meaning to things that have no meaning whatsoever. Whatever happens has no true purpose other than teaching you to accept and let go of each and every moment of Now. Thoughts are bombarding us with suggestions: do this, do that, don’t do this and that, leave, run, attack..

Best approach is to smile or even laugh out loud. It’s at that moment that all the power that we invested our mind with is similar to the power which we give to the government and politicians that are no longer working in our best interest anymore,..everything fake falls into pieces by the Lotus feet of the Ultimate Existence which we all are.

Annihilate the mind projections and analysis, the thoughts and feelings and you are going to dive deep into your Being, no judgment, no projection, no concepts…Become pure perception, just pure unhindered existence. That’s who we all are. That peace, that Love, that bliss, that calmness and humbleness is who we truly are.

All the rest, ideas, names, titles, possessions, attire, and anything other than that are just separating tools, tools that empower the lower ego, the “little self” who is forever victimized and in fear, who judges and analyzes the experience through past traumas and distorted memories and is driven by the desire to control the external environment.

When you are able to get even for a small amount of time away from the mind and ego and taste that inner Blissful Being, then you will have only one vision: how to expand that Being which is You and Everything, into transcending all the past ideas and rulers and becoming fully That which you have always been.

The selfless person is not competing anymore for anything, because they know that what’s theirs is there without effort, without fighting (for it), just because of who they are, because they’re flowing with Life and know that what’s theirs to have cannot be taken away and they do not let the experience bound them. We are One and All already, why are you running for a minute portion when you are everything that ever was, is and will be. Don’t misinterpret the “without the effort” part, we still have to give our 100% in everything we do, yet it comes almost effortless since it is a flow of You in the experience.

Now sit back and watch everything from the point of view of the information you’ve received. Everything is empowered and created by you. All your pleasure and pain is just seeing your creation through a very narrow standing point. Once you transcend, the illusion seems like it lost its shine, you see the flaws and the ephemeral nature of everything within it and you know that you are immortal and you are going to Be, long after this whole movie will end!

Be true to yourself

If we are true to ourselves we automatically become true to the world. Because whatever external people, things or events exist out there, it is our mind creating that, and whatever is inside gets manifested outside in the form of people, things and events. The more resolved our past traumas and events are the smoother the external world will flow.

When we decide to be honest with ourselves, we would not be able to entertain some external person or thing that is not resonating with us anymore, but we will cut through the bullshit like a sharp knife, and not because we’re rude or lacking empathy or diplomacy, but we realize that we are supposed to be ourselves and stand by the truth that is within us. By wasting time with people that are not on the same frequency we exhaust ourselves and we are neither helping them and much less ourselves. We are depriving them of the lesson of proper boundaries and we are exhausting unnecessary energy.

The same goes for partnerships, friends, family and acquaintances or strangers. Why would you entertain someone if you don’t want to? Why to continue talking or meeting someone that drains you? Isn’t it that you are just tricking yourself that you are being a good friend, person, lover, neighbor .. Or whatever “good” you project on yourself to be?

Lack of proper action sometimes is the same thing as harming self and others. Lack of determination in implementing what’s best for us is not at all “being kind and/or compassionate with the other”, but the other way around, because not establishing proper boundaries also deprives the other side of having the proper experience to also wake up and work with themselves.

But let’s forget about the others. Let’s say that we want someone, we need a partner, a lover. At first we have all these ideas of I want him/her to be like this and like that and I definitely don’t want him/her to have this or that features. But as time goes by our neediness grows, so directly proportionally our standards lower and we are ready to accept things that in the beginning we were 100% sure we didn’t want to have.

Eventually the hormones might push us into lower and lower vibration and we might be ready to accept many red flags just for the sake of satisfying the lower mind and body needs. It’s an experience that might transform into a trap. It may be good if it happened, you had it and let it go. The problem appears when we enter relationships with the wrong or let’s say inappropriate reason. Why? Because sexual intimacy or (just) external superficial attraction shouldn’t be the reason for us getting into a relationship, it means that the whole foundation is rotten. It means that our home’s foundation is made of clay and with time the sturdiness of the foundation will be tested and indubitably that construct will collapse under the heavy weight of vibrational, spiritual and mental mismatch.

The more we stay in this types of relationships the more we will suffer, because through numbing our intuition and denial of the obvious, attachments are created, unhealthy projections and hopes are coming to existence and it will make the break-up more painful. On the other hand whatever is true and supposed to be there will unfold in a natural, beautiful way although relationships where there’s only peace love and harmony might be an utopic idea in this era.

When we are honest with ourselves, we are honest with the world and although we will lose a huge amount of (unnecessary) people, rest assured that we are heading towards knowing how our life is supposed to be, not what we were projecting onto it.

On the other hand we shouldn’t project too many qualities or what the future partner should have or not, rather learn to flow with life, to listen to your Being, your heart and intuition, learn to see everything from the inner contentment feeling in which you are complete and devoid of “needs” or “wants”, and whatever is supposed to be yours will appear on its own. Appearance of its own doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t do anything towards that goal (of having someone) if that’s how we feel. Choose wisely by cutting through the past distortions and tendencies that threw you over and over again into similar distorted relationships and you will step out of the lower flow. Observe life through that inner contentment and you will be able to accept being alone or with someone as being equally acceptable.

There’s a saying that the one that’s the most patient will reap the ripest fruit. If you are experiencing a period of being alone, enjoy it. Take it as an opportunity to work your crap out, take it as a period of time for reflection and contemplation. Whatever is there it’s the best thing that can happen to you. Especially when you are honest with yourself. The more honest you are, the more free you will become. The more you love yourself, the more you will love everything and everyone in a very unconditional way. But don’t confuse the unconditional love towards the world and the existence, with the new-agey nonsense that you have to be good, do good and everything is pink clouds and unicorns. That’s again dishonesty to self. Find out who you are and own it! Embrace it with good and bad features, with qualities and shortcomings, because that is how you came to experience life.

There’s no malicious act if you’re acting, talking and being from that inner peace, the inner contentment that’s the essence of our Being. Therefore if you are more and more aligned with that Being that lies hidden inside of whatever living being at any point of time, then you can never go wrong,.. Whatever you might be saying or doing will be in perfect alignment with the Life itself regardless of how external people might perceive it. Life will then flow through your Being and through you people will get their own lessons without any effort or without you even noticing or wanting it.

Be true to yourself and automatically you will be true to the external existence, hence there’s no need to further analyze your actions and speech.. Trust and love yourself and your life will become a synchronistic course of events.. Flow with life and know that you are being taken care of.

You are being taken care of

Like the fetus is taken care of in the womb of the mother, as such we are continuously nourished and taken care of by Life (by the Almighty/Absolute/Brahman). In reality we are never missing anything, everything is provided. But the mind is the one that chooses separation, chooses ephemeral pursuits that are just transforming us into silly ant-like beings anxious and ever-working to see their silly desires fulfilled.

This state is due to allowing the mind to rule us, to advise, to fantasize. Let it rest. Hold yourself still!, not wanting, neither doing anything. The agents of the mind are the 5 senses. Mind itself is the agent of the illusion. Desires are born out of thoughts. Actions are born out of desires. The result is ignorance and uselessness and eventually death and rebirth into a perpetual game that happens only inside our minds.

Many scriptures warn people of the danger of pursuing anything in this realm. It’s all just fantasy. More so, it throws one in the whirlpool of the very duality. And since we crave, the “good” seems like vanishing in moments, whereas the “bad” looks like being eternal. It’s all just an illusion, self-created by allowing the senses at first to fix onto a being, an object, an idea…and then to many. Then the thought of “I should have that”; it all cascades into the willpower and action taking over and bringing something from the dream state (the idea/thought) to fruition into the material world. But the struggle, the pain that comes with that object of our desires is not worth. Even when we achieve that goal, that will not last long. Without realizing that everything is the same, we create another want, another goal in our eternal struggle to satisfy the senses. It’s a Sisyphus job, an eternal struggle that will have inevitably and indubitably the same result: pain and misery. A night of enjoying the love of the partner seems like a very minute fraction of a lifetime, while being apart for the same amount of time seems painful and long as the eternity itself. In the amazing scripture of Yoga Vasistha is written that this is how the world was constructed, so wise people can realize the futility of chasing the objects of their desires which in reality are not theirs since the true Self is just Being, forever observing and non-interfering, devoid of any joy or grief or any other similar example of dual experiences.

How about starting to count your blessings? Realize that you are taken care of, regardless of what you believe you might be missing at the moment. Everything is perfect. When we stop controlling life becomes a flow of events that are following a Divine mandate. All will be synchronized and brought to fruition as it was pre-planned. Our arrogance in believing that we know better what is good for us and pursuing this path is the path of self-destruction.

Look at a delicious piece of cake. So tasty, so sweet and yet how long can you enjoy it? 5-10 minutes? Then it adds to the struggle that your body is experiencing trying to keep you healthy, trying to fight the acidity, to keep you functioning. It affects the mind, the senses also it affects us on a very vibration level. After eating sweets there are so many unfortunate outcomes that we are unaware of, our mind and body become restless, our natural morale is dropping, unhealthy libido is gaining momentum and we dive into a lower level of being… Moments of ephemeral pleasure are transformed into lives of misery and pain. Is it worthwhile? It all can be extrapolated to all our cravings and desires. We sometimes cheat, lie, steal or do all sorts of things in order to achieve these ephemeral pleasures or things, and we are unawares that the price is too much to be worthwhile, and all this happens to keep us in bondage.

We run away from pains and we run towards “happiness”; it’s our little program running us from behind the scenes. Pain and pleasure, one more illusory than the other. When there’s no “want” everything is provided, everything is taken care of,we finally abide in our natural state of contentment. When you don’t want anything anymore, you stop the fantasy, the body is resting, healing and rejuvenating even whilst working or performing any activity.

This world is perfect for creating addictive personalities. We are all addicted to multiple things, feelings and we are full of desires. Try to slowly empty your existence of desires and the true knowledge will unfold within. Separation is an illusion. Unity is there at all times, yet whilst in the midst of the torment of thoughts and desires, the Unity is just a mere, abstract and fictitious concept. When we are emptying ourselves of “wants” and “needs”, life will give whatever is rightfully ours and we were unconsciously blocking by assuming that we know what we want, what is good for us.

A hamster in its wheel

Oh silly happiness seeker, dreaming about an illusion. The illusion is eating your brain like the maggots are feasting from the carcasse’s flesh. Why are you longing for chimeras? Why can’t you just be, without projections neither desire, and you can see that the thing that you are looking for in the world exists inside of you, in the form of peace and stillness. You are already there, only unaware of it.
This world feeds out of people’s desire for happiness. Just like little mice in their wheels; powering and empowering the matrix with every craving and desire.

And when they’ve found that “happiness” they’ll have to taste disappointment again, cause whatever they’ve found is but temporary. If they (we) would know all this deep inside themselves they wouldn’t pray to gods anymore, but gods will pray to them, since the shackles of ignorance will be shattered by surrendering desires, the true Godliness will emerge.
I am myself a mouse in its wheel ; and the harder I try to reach my goals, the more exhausted I am, and the result invariably the same: failure. If the poor mouse would be able to realize that there’s nowhere to go, neither anything to achieve, in that very second the mouse will be God.

Flow

People are expecting some sort of external saviors to come for the rescue; aliens, angels, energies from the space, unicorns and what not.. It’s because we are just addicts and lazy… We want to be saved instead of working our crap out and realizing that whatever 5-10D we are dreaming about it’s right here and now, but we are still ignorant and low and we believe that by dreaming about pink clouds and other new-agey stuff we’re going to be evolving… Wake up… Start cleaning up your own house, don’t expect others to come do that for you, because you did that life after life after life,… Now it’s time to take responsibility for your life and to acknowledge and accept that you are having both polarities represented inside of you since you are in duality,.. So denying one of the polarities(generally we ignore the negative) will only swipe the dirt under the rug where it will grow and eventually blow up into your face.

What’s the difference between now and 2000 when ppl were expecting changes, evolution, cataclysmic events and so on… Then Nibiru, then 3 days of darkness, then 2012 then what not…

Maybe we should just leave this game of hope and fear and own our shit (the so called reality we live in) and live with it and remember that we are One with everything.

Unfortunately we are diving deeper into Kali Yuga, a. k. a. the age of darkness so the dark is getting darker and the shit is about to hit the fan (excuse my French)… So just work with yourself, remove unnecessary things, stop being an addict, work your child traumas and see that you are here to do that with yourself and unless you did that, you can’t assume how it is to be evolved because it’s the same like a dog would assume how it is to be a human and it can’t, because it’ll filter all its projections through the limited dog consciousness. Just arm yourself with courage and willpower, humbleness and discover your inner purity and life itself will start flowing in a proper way, and you will be touched by the Grace.

Unfortunately the majority are just dreaming and assuming that they’re ascending.. Nowhere to ascend, we are already That, the Eternal, the Omnipresent, the Omnipotent.. Nowhere to go,… Nothing to change..
That’s why own life as it is, and it’s not made of pink clouds at all.

Life is actually if properly analyzed a never ending montagne-russe with good things followed by bad ones.. From a normal human perspective looks mostly negative. I would say it’s neutral, only our interpretation gives it a meaning and a polarity, otherwise it is pure experience and nothing more.
Once we change the perception everything changes. We are living in a mind construct and everything is upside down, hence whatever medicine is bitter and the sweet does you harm. Embrace challenges, traumas and dramas,.. Dig deep into them and see what have you contributed to that to happen. Don’t blame anyone (not even yourself), forgive and let go… Flow. As long as you dream about some energies that will shift you and take you into a different dimension, you are just running away from yourself and the life that you chose to have (previous to be born).

If you remember that no matter what you do or experience, everything is correct, instead of too much indulging into good things and lamenting when bad things happen, you just own them and see the amazing life teaching inside them all and fix a smile on your face no matter what and know that the true evolution is through hardships, learning from them. The good things if we dive too much into them have the potential to make us addicted to that kick of endorphins and other hormones, but they should be instead just a moment of rest on the steep road towards discovering Ourselves, and embrace challenges which are the climbing on that steep path.

May all of you who are ripe be touched by the Grace!!! (Although we are all – regardless if evolved or not – just bathing in It).

Courage is required, because we are going to face ourselves and our biggest enemy which is the wrong-ego… All our demons and enemies are just ourselves, so accept everything and transform!

May the Ultimate Existence that we all are bless you!

By the way I highly recommend people who resonated with what I wrote to watch the movie Revolver of Guy Ritchie, and probably you will need to watch it minimum 2-3 times to get the full juice out of it. (I watched it 6-7 times and I still discover new ideas)

Mind – The master of puppets

The root of the suffering in the world is the mind and its creation. Although we believe that we perceive the world in an objective way through our five senses, the reality is different. Our senses are very limited, having a very limited range of perception like an old radio that has a short bandwidth and is unable to catch the majority of the radio stations. All the parameters that come through the senses are gathered and interpreted by the mind in a twisted way. Why twisted? Because the mind is creating an image mostly based on past experiences and beliefs and also  on the limited sense perception. So we already have a distorted image created in front of our eyes, and that is without mentioning the last ingredient that distorts even more the image about the existence and how we perceive it. This last unfortunate ingredient that is making us drown more into illusion (self-created) is the emotions.

The world around us is neutral in its pure nature, there’s nothing good nor bad, nothing ugly nor beautiful; it all just IS. The world is like an empty canvas, untouched yet, or we can say that it’s a very plain image without too much of anything in it. How does the image get created? The “drawing” appears through interpretation (of the mind – of course). Fake colors and images are added onto the canvas by misinterpreting and judging the neutral image through our previously mentioned altering elements. The reason for our suffering is our constant analysis and interpretation of life through emotional distortions and past programs (computer-like), cunningly implemented by Maya (the illusion) to capture us in its snare.

Let’s say we see the cloudy sky. Automatically the mind starts creating thoughts: “it might rain”, “I don’t have the umbrella”, “I might get wet”, “I hate it when I am wet, I’ll be cold”. It’s almost like you can feel the cold of your wet body! But hey, it’s all a fantasy, it didn’t happen, or at least not yet, and you have already created a drama out of just some normal event which already alters the way you feel because the adrenals already secreted cortisol because the mind already created a “threat”. So, our mind is very good at projecting and complicating things, therefore our life is a mere projection of our insecurities, emotions and past experiences which get replicated over and over again because we can’t let go of everything and just observe, without interpretation, without whining, without complaining – just pure acceptance.

All the good and bad in our life is created by the mind. It all starts with a thought. All the thoughts are detrimental to our true evolution. True, perfect(-ed) beings are thoughtless, just flowing with their being. There are less perfect people, still more advanced than the average, that are aware of the flow of thoughts, of the mechanics of their creation, they can’t (yet) be thoughtless yet they are not allowing them to proliferate, to alter their beings anymore. They know that thoughts are not theirs, they don’t identify themselves with the lower mind projections, so they continuously discard the thoughts as they come, no matter what type of thoughts.

The so-called normal person is unaware of this aspect of their mind, hence they go with whatever thoughts they have, assuming that they are the creators of the thoughts so they are going to act upon “their” thoughts. The thoughts are waves created by the powerful mind which in its essence is boundless, omniscient and omnipotent, yet that capacity is not known yet, therefore remains unused. Thoughts can be easily picked-up or forced upon us by people or other entities. Being of a wave-form construct, the thoughts can be hacked and influenced. The influence can come willingly and unwillingly. The willing type of influence is happening when someone exerts willpower to manipulate the flow and direction of your thoughts based on their agenda. These people are either magicians, sorcerers or any other person who uses occult ways to manipulate reality and the second type are the corporations nowadays and governments who are manipulating public opinion through the mass-media and any other means.

The unwilling type of manipulation of thoughts is happening when we are affected by egregores. Egregores are invisible big clusters of thoughts and tendencies that are specific to a group of people, country, ethnicity and so on. In bars and pubs there are egregores which will make it easier for us to drink, gossip, take drugs, or crave for sexual activity. In a mall and around we will feel like buying and spending time there or we feeling like doing whatever that egregor influences us into doing.

So we are in continuous war. A war of our higher Being, which is thoughtless, pure, made of light, and devoid of interpretation and the whole illusion. That’s why the true spiritual paths are always recommending us to become thoughtless.

From my experience all the addictions and desires have their origin in a thought. If we pay attention to that thought, the mind will create another and another that will make you say or do something towards the agenda behind that thought. Mainly the agenda is to keep us busy and in a low frequency. If we have thoughts but we discard them, not acting upon them, they will eventually vanish.

Remove distraction if you chose to perfect yourself. Slowly eliminate everything that imposes a flow of emotions and thoughts that are pulling you in the illusion. Music, TV, playing games, Netflix; the desire to constantly entertain ourselves is detrimental and should be gradually removed.

Constantly be aware of the flow of the thoughts (I avoided on purpose to say “your thoughts” because true existence is thoughtless). If we are aware and on the observation mode we can find a way to figure out their mechanics. Thoughts are keeping us in stress, it appears that there’s always something to do, something to say, to plan and to solve. In reality life takes care of everything. Do 100% of what your duties are, but forget about them as soon as you finished. Live your life by serving others – knowing that we are all a representation of the Divine Ultimate Being, so that’s the explanation why the ego is detrimental, because it separates things, when we are all One!

The biggest misconception

The biggest misconception that our mind serves us is that we are limited to the boundaries of our own bodies. That’s the invisible cell wall of our self-created prison.

I read in Yoga Vasistha, that the ignorant sees the golden bracelet in the form of just a bracelet and forgets the gold that is the essence of the bracelet. As such we are ignorant of the Supreme Self, that is the very essence of each and every manifested being or object. So let’s try to see deeper, because whatever is visible might be deluding and distracts us from recalling the Divine essence that imbues everything.
If we are That, the Absolute and Universes and everything inside and outside of them, how can we confine it to the limited bodies of ours, how can we limit ourselves to such a degree when we are Omnipotent, Omnipresent and Omniscient as our essence is. We are just different jewelry and accessories made out of the same priceless material – God/The Ultimate /That..

Now maybe you can have that “Eureka” moment like I had myself, realizing that although we are bound by will and desires of the mind to this existence in the human body, in reality we remain that same boundless Being of pure Light that has no limit neither is confined by anything. Whatever we were always searching for (as true spiritual pursuits) was already inside of us all the time and our only effort should be in eliminating the misconceptions through which we are held prisoners and these misconceptions are created by the master of them all – our lower mind.

To transcend the mind at first we must exert a huge amount of willpower, this exertion will not take us to any palpable result, but to the realization that the machinations of the mind – thoughts and desires – are not real, are just limitations and the cunning snare of the Illusion which is the mind itself building the illusion that we are surrounded by. So the exertion of power, and courage serves just as a proof of our determination which allows Grace to come and remove the veil, otherwise it’s as futile as action as applying sunscreen on a rainy day. I know what you think, but then can’t we just wait for the Grace to come and bring with it the peace and silence inside of the mind and remove its limitations and reveal the Mind which is an extension of the Mind of the Creator, of the Absolute? I wish it could be that easy, because through the “false” path of exertion and action we show our valor, our courage, our determination, sturdiness, patience, humbleness, purity and selflessness which are mandatory for the true Self-realization of who we truly are, like I said in previous articles, the Power is Intelligent in itself, being but an extension of the Absolute, so it can’t be tricked, bribed or be brought forcefully or prematurely.

So go on and show what you are made of, discover and dust off from the shelves of oblivion the qualities of which we are all made of – the qualities of the Supreme: purity, selflessness, contentment, non-judgment, non-differentiation, acceptance, humbleness, courage, unattached and unbound by any belief, concept or desire and discover those beautiful wings that you were carrying with you the whole time, spread them wide and remember how to fly, cause after all it must be like riding the bike, once you do it, you will always remember it.
Start cultivating these qualities, or better said remove those fake qualities of the ego and illusion to rediscover the simplicity and purity of the true Self. Force your attention onto every single second of your life, bring awareness in your life and let it be your forever partner in the world, because awareness is what differentiates us from the ignorant animal-like beings that are just like leafs in the wind of the ever-changing and consuming illusory world.

If we realize that there’s no I and me, or other, that we are all One and that One is All, how can we need any moral rule or laws to restrict our actions, when we know that the action against another being is directly against ourselves?

The dual potential of the experience

Life in its essence is extremely simple and its guidelines easy to follow for an aware being. The problem is that nowadays we are mostly navigating adrift, without a clue in this ocean called life. Everything that happens to us has the potential to destroy us (to drag us deeper into the illusion) or to uplift us, meaning to give us the tools for our conscious awakening, towards realizing who we are and what’s the purpose for incarnating in this particular realm in this particular day and age, but more so: the pain that we are supposed to notice, accept and work with in order for it to become obsolete.

Everything that happens to us is definitely something that we have to experience, especially since it happened already. The first thing we can do to properly address the matter is to accept it no matter how hard it is to do so.

Acceptance itself it’s such a powerful tool that reduces a lot the negative impact of some unfortunate happenings.

When we accept something that happens, we exit already the low vibrational vortex of victimization, whining, guilt, shame and other unnecessary emotions and feelings. If we truly accept something there’s no reason anymore to roam in what happened, we automatically step into the present moment and instead of asking ourselves how would it have been if we would have act or said something differently, – which is useless because that moment is gone, and there’s absolutely no reason to waste your time and energy accusing self or other/-s, trying to project potential other approaches – we should rather accept what happened. So once you have accepted, the “problem” is already half solved.

Working with own faults, distortions and programs is way easier when those flaws are brought to the surface by a certain life event or triggered by a person in your life. I remember that someone asked me: “Well but how do I work my crap out?”

The first step is noticing the existence of the “crap”, secondly you accept the fact that it is there inside yourself and that it is affecting your life, your decisions and the outcome of your actions. The worst mistake that we’ve all been through throughout our lives is to blame external actors (aggressors) and situations. Take full responsibility, there’s no other way. The third part is working with it. Accepting the responsibility for that character flaw (like victimization, narcissism, controlling nature, aggression, lying…) and be ready to watch with awareness that particular flaw (for the moment) and decide to consciously stop its influence in your life. One way of working with it would be to notice when was the first time that we remember a similar pain to the one that we’re experiencing in the present circumstance even if the events might look different and unrelated. Then we should start asking, like kids, “Why do I have this pain? Because I feel hurt. Why do I feel hurt? Because I did that. Why have I done that?”… and so on until you manage to get to the root of the problem. Probably it’s useless to repeat that this will not work unless a full openness and truthfulness to self is employed. Most likely the root cause of the problem is some misinterpretation of a childhood occurrence, an over-exaggerated perspective over that early experience. Or it can be even some very serious abuse, violation, violence or even small – totally silly for our mind now- events where we felt ashamed, guilty, abused, raped, betrayed, alone, deserted, sinful and so on… One way of transcending it is to consciously go in to that same situation and look at the actual event happening in front of you, you being the victim (as a child – in that moment) and you being an adult, now, a spectator to the whole drama. Feel that pain fully in your body, accept it if still there, because it will not go unless you are experiencing it fully, getting it exhausted. See it in a very detached way, forgive yourself and whoever was the trigger or aggressor, know that we are supposed to take full responsibility for everything that happens in our lives, and know that nobody is truly a victim. Know that you are lighter now, having a better chance to evolve out of your misery because of that event taking place. Hug that broken, hurt child that is suffering in the replayed memory, cry together if necessary, but then explain the child that everything that we are experiencing is necessary for our further growth and beyond everything that we’ve learned, everything is definitely correct and always in alignment with the Divine construct laws to which our lives abide as everything else in the Existence.

So keep always in mind the dual potential of whatever happens in your life and remember that it’s only us and our reactions to it that truly determines the outcome of that (otherwise neutral life circumstance). We are the only ones self-sabotaging our own lives by choosing always the same path, the old path that we know, the automatic response of the autopilot, the victimized perspective. Letting go with ease is crucial, it’s the choice that defines who we are at the moment. Surrender and let go of everything, embrace challenges, be always ready for change, embrace things that you used to run from, like facing problems, pains, hard work and struggle or new experiences that you would have passed in the past otherwise. In order for you to pick different fruits from your garden you have to definitely plant different trees. Old trees will invariably give the fruits that you already know. Without a new approach, everything will continue as previously, so there’s no one to blame for your life circumstances but yourself, your choices and past deeds. But “blaming” (as a choice of wording) can be misleading, so you shouldn’t even blame yourself. Don’t blame anyone, but instead take responsibility for everything and remember that the secret is in your actions or the lack of them, in what you say or what you don’t say. Study your own being and the knowledge that is scattered in millions of books and individuals, will be unfolding from within yourself with ease. It was always there hidden under tons of unnecessary junk that you started sorting out. You were always That which is the essence of everything surrounding us. Good luck with sorting that huge pile out, I got some crap to work with myself 😁.

Are we spiritual seekers?

There are 3 types of paths chosen by souls looking for spirituality nowadays:

The first group, the power hungry (into the occult), are young souls (inexperienced – therefore they try everything) that want power and control over life and people and are mesmerized by the promise to rule over the matter. People hunger for power are weak and victimized beings that hope to be finally in control, after being controlled in the past.

The second group, the “flower power”, are full of hope for a better world where pink clouds and unicorns are dancing with angels, aliens and other “benevolent” entities,  in other words hoping of a utopia where there’s nothing but “good” and love and so on and the negative side is minimized and sweeped under the rug. What they’re really ignorant is that in a world of polarities they can never have white without the black, happiness without unhappiness, love without hate and having (something/someone) without loosing that eventually. Their choice of spirituality comes also from a deep sense of feeling victims of life and of other beings. The majority of the mainstream religions are included in this group because they’re all emphasizing the need to reach out to the positive (paradise) without acknowledging the existence of both within and without ourselves.

The third group, are old souls mainly which probably have tried the above mentioned trends and fell into it for lives and lives, and eventually got fed up with their failures and decided to try the real thing this life. They are all victimised to a certain degree, yet here, they realize that they are the creators of own life events and circumstances hence the need to take full responsibility for whatever happens without blaming or accusing others in the process. But they can always fall into the trap of going to one of the previously mentioned groups as being a familiar place to go and due to the hardships met. This group towards the end of their journey know that it’s futile to have any hope, and they have no desire towards any outcome whatsoever anymore, they are just living life consciously and working hard without any expectation towards achieving the fruits of their work, equally accepting whatever outcome and knowing that the true life lessons might come from unexpected and/or unwanted outcomes.

The PH are ready to do whatever to see their hunger for power satiated, therefore most of the times they fall for worshipping entities, performing all kinds of rituals and sacrifices to appease those entities. What they’re not aware of, is the fact that the price for the short-lived moment of power(even if it might last for a lifetime) is extremely high and eventually they will end up being consumed by that very power that were harnessing and manipulating. Some of them feel the danger and try to escape from their cults or habits yet they will have to be very courageous and strong to be able to do that. Even when they get out of the trap, they might fall into another one the trap of overpositivity which transfers them to the “Flower power” group.

Another trick of the illusion is that they might feel too guilty for everything that they’ve done and they prefer to sink further instead of exiting the trap they’re in. But once the person realizes the mistakes made and takes action towards changing the path, if they’re truly sincere in their quest, the Grace will support them. The support never comes in the way we might project or expect it to come, that’s why full trust in one’s Higher Self and the Highest Power has to be there.

Both groups, the flower power and the power hungry have chosen their paths because of ignorance, because of not having a clue about what they want to get, why and what are the repercussions for their ignorance. But at any point the true path can be found, and that’s within, it’s the path of no procrastination, no wasting their time, the path of work with oneself and their distortions that veil then and obstruct their clarity.

The third group is a very small group of souls, mostly migrating from previous groups and risking to go back to one of those groups at any point. Therefore awareness has to be there all the time and decision to never go back no matter what is another key element. Their job is a very tedious one, and they are supposed to face all their inner demons that are veiling their true nature. They are supposed to face their fears, their desires, their anger, their jealousy, their guilt, their wish to control, their victimization and so many other viruses and programs that keep them bound to the self created illusion.

This is not the path to better, not the path to love or to “heights”. It’s just the path within, the path towards nothingness, which is the very fabric of everything. The real information is almost impossible to conceptualize, to verbalize and try to explain, it is beyond our logical capabilities, it’s an unbelievable, non-linear journey in which we jump back and forth, we are going to hell and back with such speed that majority feel like quitting and their strength and willpower is big time tested.

Since the true path is beyond duality, we know that both currents are to be worked with and transformed and neutrality should be the only goal for the soul wanting to find out all the answers to their questions. Whatever you might project and expect, toss it away since we are just unable to grasp what true evolution might look like. Forget about hope, any hope is throwing you back into one of the first two groups. Let Life surprise you, work hard with yourself and your distortions, realize that you are not the body, but Consciousness experiencing the body and the game we’re in. No need to worship anything or anyone like the first 2 groups are doing, true worship is being fully aware of own existence, actions and words and the outcomes of them in our existences and making the decisions that are necessary and suitable for each situation.

When the hell breaks loose

The true evolution is continuous change. All life circumstances and events are in continuous movement. Karma is fastly paid and tests are arising more and more. When the yogi is close, the whole “hell” breaks loose..yet don’t be scared, it is only the inner negativity which comes to the surface to be worked with and eventually transcended.

On this path towards remembering who we are there’s no longer stability, whole worlds are created, and destroyed in minutes the entire Creation is revealed in front of us. The victimized will feel like doomed. The true seeker will realize that he’s learning so fast that the whole world is moving faster for him only.

The price of evolution is continuous movement and “letting go”.

We are like in a cosmic washing machine, continuously spinning faster and faster until we either succumb to the trials and go back to the old or we find our inner peace which eventually will override the external turmoil.

The worst of the storms is the biggest blessing. The hecticness of life is a test of the level of inner contentment, acceptance and true surrender.

Life seems more and more like a movie and the realization of its illusory nature is more and more revealed through the almost chaotic, intense ups and downs that push our boundaries to the very limit. In the midst of drama there’s a chance to realize that we are just too involved in the “movie” although we are the spectator, the actor, the director and the movie itself. Once this realization is taking place, the whole illusion collapses like a mask from own face and the true nature of self and the external world can be grasped.

Although this realization is very powerful and has the chance to totally shift our perspective about things, if the time is not yet right we might continue to wonder around to exhaust whatever we came here to exhaust. But that true realization is a seed of destruction that will grow more and more. It’s the very destruction of the ignorance, the disillusionment that we’ve been searching our entire existence and although we might waste some time on things that are not part of the newer paradigm growing inside of us, eventually we will wake up to realize the futility of chasing chimeras and decide to follow what’s eternal and true.

Cheer up dear souls, there’s not even one which eventually won’t come back to the Source, even after hundreds and hundreds of lives.

After all it’s nothing but a combination of determination, courage, simplicity, selflessness and inner purity that lead us to the real inner-contentment, the stillness that is who we truly are. We are all One, the only difference is timing which exists only in this experience. We are all perfect already, yet each individual has a different goal and that determines the length of the journey. And it’s all happening only in this dimension, in other dimensions we are That already.

The desires are still keeping us prisoners to the duality, the very pleasure has in it embedded the pain. Hence love has in it the pain of loss, enjoyment of food, the hunger, and so on. Once we let go of everything the true eyes are slowly opening and we are allowed to see the illusion unfolding and its mechanisms are revealed.

We might still love, eat and enjoy life, but there will be no desire and no attachment that were keeping us from Being. Now everything will happen through Beingness, everything will come from the inner contentment that will annihilate the “good” or “bad” outcomes of our actions since there will be just a pure flow of your Being, unobstructed by desire to control this flow.

Hope, the biggest trap!

I am sure that the majority of you reading this article are going to scratch your heads in disbelief. So I will try to explain my perspective.

When we hope that something is going to happen in a certain way or the outcome of our actions is going to be the one that we want, we pave the way to diving deeper into the illusion and into misery.

Before taking birth into this life we’ve seen the things that we are supposed to experience and we agreed with them, believing that it will be like a walk in the park. Unfortunately the problem is that when the soul is not being bound to any physical vehicle (body) we can’t realize how much the pain would be felt in the body, how overwhelmed we might become by emotional pain and traumas, and we’re also unaware of how addictive is everything in this experience. Besides being out of the body means a certain higher level of freedom and a clearer vision of the world and the game that we are about to enter. Most of us fail over and over, because of hope doubled by ignorance. We are just unable to accept things the way they are. We are unable to realize that whatever happens is correct for us and there’s a big realization behind any trauma and “bad” or unpleasant event. I know this myself, yet it’s so hard to break free out of this extremely well-built game we’re living in.

Hope is the very desire to control, to manipulate life events towards a desired outcome. But what if being in this game with almost no awareness about who we truly are, and what is the purpose of us being here is impossible to grasp? What if surrendering to life and its flow is all we can do? It’s scary, because people are afraid, afraid of the unknown, afraid of events that will shake their lives. But if you are ready to go whatever way life comes, with a smile on your face, then you are definitely on the right track.

Hope is emphasized over and over again by mass-media, and the society in general. It is the warden of our invisible walls jail that we’re inhabiting. Hope is our very strong will and imposition onto ourselves. “I hope that I will get that job”, “I hope that my wife will love me forever “… The silly thing is that we are attached to things and people and by hoping, praying for something to happen we are influencing the outcome of life how it was planned before incarnating this time and we are missing the point hundreds and thousands of lives.

“I hope that I will get that nice job” . Maybe it’s a dead-end for you, maybe it’s some warm unnecessary stop from the evolution. Maybe by concentrating our creative energy towards achieving that goal we’re missing something better.

“I hope that my wife and I will be forever together”.

We are just trying to stop the time and it’s just a laughable idea. What if you don’t project any willpower, you are happy with the wife you are having, yet you are not dependent and you accept that nothing lasts forever and you are surrendering to life and the events that you chose to experience. I am not advocating lacking of vision or promiscuity,.. The things that I am talking about are subtle, they’re happening under the gross aspect of life, so we can enjoy life and its beauty, but recommended not to attach to anything due to the continuously changing characteristic of life.

We are powerful(without knowing it) and this is the downfall in the illusion, because we are trying to manipulate the game to achieve some minor comfort and we forget that our plan was to experience and expand our limited perspective about life. By praying or hoping towards achieving something, we are lost, we wasted another life and it will happen so until we relax and accept the ride (life) as it comes, without hopes or desire to manipulate events or the outcomes.

Now there’s this coronavirus fear all over. This makes us automatically infected by hope. We hope that we are not going to catch the virus, or if we catch it we hope that we won’t die,.. The illusion is getting stronger and stronger in its grip by hope. Accept the “reality” as it is, but employ your maximum awareness and flow in life with awareness. If so, you will always know what to do in a certain situation, you will know if and what to do, if and what to say. Just accept this ever-changing nature of life and your existential drama will fail to shake you.

Hope carries with it desire for a better life, better future, preservation of what we have.. Again attachment. By not being able to fully accept what we’re going through and what we are experiencing at the moment, we are blocking the possibility towards extracting the right essence, the right knowledge out of the situation so we are doomed to repeat the process in this life or the next until the lesson is learned and the true knowledge is extracted and imprinted into our beings.

Give up hope and build inside yourself acceptance towards whatever life brings and once in many thousands of lives we will start realizing our being and the purpose of our existence in here.

Dream in a dream

This world is a play of mirrors, everything and everyone reflects us and our own power of creation.

The whole world is just a play of our own mind, a dreamlike creation of people, things and events that are happening only in our mind, the whole existence is happening in a tiny spec of dust. The trick is that we become slaves of our own dreams and even if we grasp the information that it might be a dream we don’t really want to wake up from it, it’s too cozy, to comfortable to let “the script” rule us instead of waking up and taking full responsibility for own creation and if we dislike it, we can always change it. But no, it’s way easier to be victims of the dream.. “Oh no, we’re living in a nightmare”, well, you can always wake up and change the dream.

It happens many times when we are dreaming something and we wake up and we go to toilet and when we go back we feel like it may be amazing to go back to the same dream. We’ve all been there. But how about now? Are you ready to wake up from one dream and to realize that you are in another dream again? Probably the depth of these Matroska doll realities is not yet graspable to us, yet waking up from one dream makes the previous dream look less real, so if we are able to realize that which is almost not verbalizable, then we grow more and more, heading to our true intelligence which is all-knowing , all-pervasive.. But for that we have to transcend the mind of this dream, in order to discover the “reality” behind it. Overly intelligent people will fail to realize it this life if they are too attached to the logical linear way of thinking. Because their highly esteemed intelligence has reached a very rigid state, where in order for it to evolve, it has to break through the misconceptions, and many of those information that they were so proud are very inappropriate for the quantum level they are about to step into. The majority are unable to let go of it, they cling to it and hope that what is written here might not be right, because it’s so hard to let go of projects and desires, so hard to accept what we all have by the confirmation from our intuition.
The same happens when we wake up from a wonderful dream and we feel like going back to sleep so we can experience it more. We are just addicts and this is what keeps us clinging to this pseudo reality. That’s the very reason why all the ancient scriptures are emphasizing over and over again the “non-attachment”, lack of desire to control, and renunciation… But you see it’s so easy to mistake the information, people are going to isolate themselves as many millions tried already yet to no avail. The true renunciation, detachment and flowing with life has to be in the given circumstances of life, without running away from them, without isolating ourselves, actually embracing the challenges instead of running away from anything. The true renunciation is when you still eat, still work, still having sexual intercourse, and so on,.. But all these come from the inner contentment, and surrender to life flow, not from the addiction, not from obsession, lust, or neediness… It’s all just a flow, and each thing that happens it’s just neutral for that advanced being, it fails to bound him/her. And it fails because there’s total unobstructed flow of being in that existence.

Our surroundings are reflecting our inner turmoil. The beings that we come in contact with as long as they create a response in us are the reflection of the inner instability and lack of balance. Accept everything as it comes, be wise, realizing that there’s more to learn out of an uncomfortable situation rather than some pleasant event. Anyways life is alternating them so no need to attach or crave for neither of them. Eventually we are supposed to become neutral even whilst experiencing “good” events.

Smile and let all the thoughts disappear, like clouds disappear in the summer sky and realize that that is the perfect moment, regardless of where you are, regardless of what’s your status or any other thing that might bother you. If you manage to see a glimpse of that eternal existing inner-happiness, then you know what you are, everything else is a dreamlike illusion.

Perceiving life as it is

We, people are so ignorant about everything. We are perceiving everything through a very tiny opening through which we peek into the so called reality, yet we are literally unable to grasp the existence. So we are prone to misinterpret continuously the reality we’re living in by projecting old beliefs and understanding from past experiences into the present, so that the present is not at all “present” but some new experience with “past” flavors. Hence, the evolution is getting more and more limited as time goes by, that being the very reason why we perish.

Let’s take a look at our problems and things that we are not so happy about. It seems like we are in deep trouble, yet if we take a moment to contemplate about it, we might be surprised to find out that more than half of the planet’s population have worse experiences, and yet they might take it easier.

It is all about the inner perception about the world. So 2 people experiencing same experience will always feel it and interpret it in different ways.

I found something on the internet that said: “I was sad that I didn’t have shoes until I met a person without legs.” So it’s all about the way we perceive life and mostly we perceive life not only through past distortions and experiences but through comparison with others. Eventually we are living a terrible experience just because of our expectations and hopes. We are just unable to accept whatever comes our way with calm and taking everything as a new opportunity of inner growth and experience.

We are doomed, just because we are dreaming about pleasure and happiness. Because we are slaves to the senses, we are continuously looking for ways to entertain and “enjoy”, yet true enjoyment is in each moment of “Now”, each moment carries embedded the inner contentment, or the happiness that we are foolishly looking for outside. We are already there. Even in the moment of distress, if we manage to look at the things far from above, like watching a movie, we will realize that there’s nothing so tragic, nothing so traumatic. It’s just life, and the more there’s struggle, the more we are pushed by life towards understanding what life is about.

True spirituality is in the conscious experience of each moment of NOW, perceiving the most traumatic and the most pleasurable alike, as pure neutrality. Know that life is a continuous roller-coaster, a perpetual up and down cycle which we can’t stop or control. The only thing that we can change is ourselves and our wrong perception about life, a perception from the victimized and /or entitlement point of view.

Feel life deep inside yourself because there’s nothing outside of us which is not already existing inside. Flow with life, embrace challenges! Let your existence become a flow of your Being and the veils hiding Yourself from yourself will slowly vanish.

The traps of the low vibration deeds

the traps of the low vibration deeds

I have dedicated myself lately in studying my own behavior, tendencies, conscious and unconscious patterns and programs. When I realize how they manifest, I check what are the similarities with other people experiences and I choose a plan to improve myself, remove and/or transcend all the unnecessary, based on my observations.

I noticed an automatic development of a negative pattern, which I consider to be a low-level programming, part of every human being. Once we “go low”, as an example: if we are falling for an addiction like tobacco, alcohol, drugs, games, shopping, promiscuous sexuality or other (whatever addictive behavior or any lower vibrational action), we are free falling, entering a spiral of lower level actions and behavioral patterns and issues. I have noticed it in my life and in the life of all the people I have met. So I realized that we are all subjected to it.
I will offer you my example: I started smoking in my early years and soon after, I also started to drink, at first one beer at a time, then 2-3, and later on countless and much stronger alcohol, same with cigarettes, or any other, the “dose” always increases. We are all aware that the above-mentioned behaviors and substances are detrimental for us. Furthermore, we are only aware of the damage that it may provoke only on a physical level, and only sometimes we may notice that there’s also a slight mental influence. But the biggest problem with bad behavior and abuse of substances (here I include coffee, sugar, and other “harmless” day to day poisons that we are burdening our body with) is that we are unable to see what are the repercussions on a subtle, energetic level.
That’s why using substances, having a wrong diet, low vibrational actions and emotions, are dragging us in a pit where the lower we go, the easier it is to acquire more lower vibration actions, emotions and unhealthy food habits among many other. You can say that it looks like a true “road to hell”. The lower we go, the harder it is to exiting the pit and in order not to create a huge negative impact on our mental, spiritual and bodily health, all the bad habits and deeds have to be gradually abandoned, since stopping all of them at once may be a very difficult or detrimental thing to do.
I first started eliminating sugar from the coffee. Then I removed coffee, processed alcohol, all sweets, but I continued to drink sporadically only home made wine, later on to come to the realization that I don’t need alcohol at all. Meat, poultry and fish disappeared next. Slowly I removed most of the substances that I believed that carried a risk for my mental, bodily and energetic health and things started to improve. Of course we can never be totally free from bad food or influences but we can always try to do our best to reduce them, hence consciously minimizing the overall bad effect on our body-mind-spirit system.

So I am sure that as the spiraling of the low vibration actions and emotions creates a negative impact, but it also applies the other way around, there is also a spiraling of the positive actions and removal of the unnecessary, so by starting to remove all the useless actions, things, and emotions, unworthy people started to disappear from my life and, new, higher vibration people appeared , I realized new things, that we are not supposed to do anymore, and so forth. I started being more aware of what I do and say. I realized that I was living a predetermined life according to the routines and mainstream ideas I incorporated without questioning , programs and distortions accumulated throughout years and lives of ignorance.

Fighting for likes and the door to the next level

Nowadays system of creating addicts out of everyone, is based on the era of the electronic games in which one tries go to the next level. It’s the main motive the growing number of sexual perversion in the world . That’s why they invent new ways of satisfying their fetishism, and on the path for next level, sometimes reaching sickness level, not knowing when to stop. It may work for games but in real life this program transforms people in addicts who’s next dose must be higher, better or newer. That’s why they’re unable to be with only one woman/man because this sickness is spreading throughout all the levels of their lives, starting to confuse the world with a computer game, so the approach becomes similar.
The happiness that people dream about achieving one day, is no longer reachable since we raise the level of expectations continuously. We dream about having the latest gadget, and as soon as we have it we forget the struggle and desire that made us fight for, and want that thing so much, and we create a new object of desire. We start also continuously projecting our happiness onto the next thing, being unable to stay in the present moment and enjoying what we are already having.
Sometimes there’s no next level, stop right there, look around and realize that you’re happy already, you have more than one needs, you are alive! Count your blessings, remember to thank Life, the Universe, the Highest Power, whoever you want or believe in, for what you are having. A grateful approach is the key for experiencing blissful being in whichever situation.
The right approach to losing the addictive behavior and violence, is to say to oneself that we have to become like a loving mother in the approach towards everyone, still offering love and healthy boundaries in the same time.
A mother will never attack the child and whatever punishment or denial of things towards the child, they are for his own sake.
Social media is creating sickness and unnatural order through the apparatus of likes, share, and comments.
Many people nowadays are addicted to the social media and to likes“. They’re unrelentingly searching for a way of getting likes for their pictures and posts, sacrificing erratically their privacy for this shot of endorphines, which “likes” give them for the time being. It has been proven that like the drugs, these responses are creating a release of a cocktail made of dopamine, serotonin, endorphin and oxytocin, all of which are creating a state of temporary happiness“. This is, like the gaming addiction, already creating new ways to perceive the life in a very distorted and unnatural way. People start seeing the life in the same manner, becoming dependent on the other individuals likes and becoming depressed or aggressive when the other people are manifesting their dislike or disapproval towards them. We may become easy to manipulate, because people can dissimulate liking us in order to control us. It’s pure chemistry, so it happens to some degree on an unconscious level. So don’t be harsh on yourself if you are under this effect, because we all created this link between the release of the chemicals creating the feeling of happiness, by enjoying social media. It takes a lot of courage and awareness to be able to let go of games and social media. Facebook became the most popular because they use this psychological warfare tactics to the maximum, offering both the games and the like receiving system in the same time.
Oscar Wilde said:
You will continue to be unhappy as long as you think that your happiness depends on someone else.”
So start learning to enjoy both, criticism and like. Learn to be yourself regardless of people’s opinions about you, and start enjoying being on your own, having moments with yourself, knowing that you have to be content and happy for the fact that you are already perfect. You don’t need any object nor activity to be that. Start to make your own decisions unrelated to what advertising you see, what popular posts on Facebook say or whatever other manipulative techniques are out there.
Good luck!
