I have dedicated myself lately in studying my own behavior, tendencies, conscious and unconscious patterns and programs. When I realize how they manifest, I check what are the similarities with other people experiences and I choose a plan to improve myself, remove and/or transcend all the unnecessary, based on my observations.

I noticed an automatic development of a negative pattern, which I consider to be a low-level programming, part of every human being. Once we “go low”, as an example: if we are falling for an addiction like tobacco, alcohol, drugs, games, shopping, promiscuous sexuality or other (whatever addictive behavior or any lower vibrational action), we are free falling, entering a spiral of lower level actions and behavioral patterns and issues. I have noticed it in my life and in the life of all the people I have met. So I realized that we are all subjected to it.
I will offer you my example: I started smoking in my early years and soon after, I also started to drink, at first one beer at a time, then 2-3, and later on countless and much stronger alcohol, same with cigarettes, or any other, the “dose” always increases. We are all aware that the above-mentioned behaviors and substances are detrimental for us. Furthermore, we are only aware of the damage that it may provoke only on a physical level, and only sometimes we may notice that there’s also a slight mental influence. But the biggest problem with bad behavior and abuse of substances (here I include coffee, sugar, and other “harmless” day to day poisons that we are burdening our body with) is that we are unable to see what are the repercussions on a subtle, energetic level.
That’s why using substances, having a wrong diet, low vibrational actions and emotions, are dragging us in a pit where the lower we go, the easier it is to acquire more lower vibration actions, emotions and unhealthy food habits among many other. You can say that it looks like a true “road to hell”. The lower we go, the harder it is to exiting the pit and in order not to create a huge negative impact on our mental, spiritual and bodily health, all the bad habits and deeds have to be gradually abandoned, since stopping all of them at once may be a very difficult or detrimental thing to do.
I first started eliminating sugar from the coffee. Then I removed coffee, processed alcohol, all sweets, but I continued to drink sporadically only home made wine, later on to come to the realization that I don’t need alcohol at all. Meat, poultry and fish disappeared next. Slowly I removed most of the substances that I believed that carried a risk for my mental, bodily and energetic health and things started to improve. Of course we can never be totally free from bad food or influences but we can always try to do our best to reduce them, hence consciously minimizing the overall bad effect on our body-mind-spirit system.

So I am sure that as the spiraling of the low vibration actions and emotions creates a negative impact, but it also applies the other way around, there is also a spiraling of the positive actions and removal of the unnecessary, so by starting to remove all the useless actions, things, and emotions, unworthy people started to disappear from my life and, new, higher vibration people appeared , I realized new things, that we are not supposed to do anymore, and so forth. I started being more aware of what I do and say. I realized that I was living a predetermined life according to the routines and mainstream ideas I incorporated without questioning , programs and distortions accumulated throughout years and lives of ignorance. Some slight improvements of the 5 senses perception appeared primarily, (but only after I received Shaktipat¹) like being able to isolate from the distance a certain scent or sound at will, stronger intuitive sense. From own experience I can tell that some of the extra abilities are temporary,the sense of smell and hearing acuity came back to normal, and they are only part of the transition from the old towards a newer, improved self.

Fighting for likes and the door to the next level

Nowadays system of creating addicts out of everyone, is based on the era of the electronic games in which one tries go to the next level. It’s the main motive the growing number of sexual perversion in the world . That’s why they invent new ways of satisfying their fetishism, and on the path for next level, sometimes reaching sickness level, not knowing when to stop. It may work for games but in real life this program transforms people in addicts who’s next dose must be higher, better or newer. That’s why they’re unable to be with only one woman/man because this sickness is spreading throughout all the levels of their lives, starting to confuse the world with a computer game, so the approach becomes similar.
The happiness that people dream about achieving one day, is no longer reachable since we raise the level of expectations continuously. We dream about having the latest gadget, and as soon as we have it we forget the struggle and desire that made us fight for, and want that thing so much, and we create a new object of desire. We start also continuously projecting our happiness onto the next thing, being unable to stay in the present moment and enjoying what we are already having.
Sometimes there’s no next level, stop right there, look around and realize that you’re happy already, you have more than one needs, you are alive! Count your blessings, remember to thank Life, the Universe, the Highest Power, whoever you want or believe in, for what you are having. A grateful approach is the key for experiencing blissful being in whichever situation.
The right approach to losing the addictive behavior and violence, is to say to oneself that we have to become like a loving mother in the approach towards everyone, still offering love and healthy boundaries in the same time.
A mother will never attack the child and whatever punishment or denial of things towards the child, they are for his own sake.
Social media is creating sickness and unnatural order through the apparatus of likes, share, and comments.
Many people nowadays are addicted to the social media and to likes“. They’re unrelentingly searching for a way of getting likes for their pictures and posts, sacrificing erratically their privacy for this shot of endorphines, which “likes” give them for the time being. It has been proven that like the drugs, these responses are creating a release of a cocktail made of dopamine, serotonin, endorphin and oxytocin, all of which are creating a state of temporary happiness“. This is, like the gaming addiction, already creating new ways to perceive the life in a very distorted and unnatural way. People start seeing the life in the same manner, becoming dependent on the other individuals likes and becoming depressed or aggressive when the other people are manifesting their dislike or disapproval towards them. We may become easy to manipulate, because people can dissimulate liking us in order to control us. It’s pure chemistry, so it happens to some degree on an unconscious level. So don’t be harsh on yourself if you are under this effect, because we all created this link between the release of the chemicals creating the feeling of happiness, by enjoying social media. It takes a lot of courage and awareness to be able to let go of games and social media. Facebook became the most popular because they use this psychological warfare tactics to the maximum, offering both the games and the like receiving system in the same time.
Oscar Wilde said:
You will continue to be unhappy as long as you think that your happiness depends on someone else.”
So start learning to enjoy both, criticism and like. Learn to be yourself regardless of people’s opinions about you, and start enjoying being on your own, having moments with yourself, knowing that you have to be content and happy for the fact that you are already perfect. You don’t need any object nor activity to be that. Start to make your own decisions unrelated to what advertising you see, what popular posts on Facebook say or whatever other manipulative techniques are out there.
