Contemplating about this experience

“All the teachers, scriptures, knowledge, the Guru and any other way to disentangle ourselves from what’s not real, converge eventually in the very Essence, the Source out of which everything sprung out, the mother hen calling back her chicks.”

There is something that tricks us, it’s us, our very (lower-) mind, that we are constantly falling for,.. thoughts and feelings that are not even ours. They’re constantly demanding something, wanting something, continuously judging , defending, fighting, struggling for something or someone. That is definitely not us, it’s a shadow of darkness that plays our roles and because we are too lazy and ignorant to take control we let it rule us. It’s the thing called the ego, the shadow self, the lower mind, the demon within.

Our entire life we’re just watching this entity tricking us into a belief that it is our true self, and we fall for its needs, desires and suggestions, diving deeper and deeper into the darkness, falling more and more into the pit of forgetfulness, surrendering more and more our free will and allowing this entity full control over our bodies, lives and destinies.

Our true essence is the very Light that illuminates the sun, the spark of fire that ignited all fire, the Primordial One, the Eternal and Absolute One. Since That is within us, is there anything else worth fighting for, looking for, craving for, other than finding and remembering our true Essence?

Is there any worth in ephemeral pursuits that even when acquired instead of satiating us, they’re only igniting more and more desires and push us for more struggle and misery? Isn’t it obvious that we are just a squirrel running in a wheel, stupidly believing that will reach some distant point by running faster?

Desires promote more desires and fulfillment of one will open several other doors for other desires to be created. Altruistic desires are the first level to becoming selfless and getting rid of the fetters of the shadow self. Eventually all desires should subside, and the identification with “me” and “mine” should dizolve too, then we open up to realizing that we are not limited to this ephemeral body that we’re inhabiting, but we are indeed infinite and everything is within us.

When we lose the Path

So many times I thought I got lost, that I lost my path to remembering who and what I truly am, yet in fact I was still on it, but my guilt and shame for “going astray” or going back to old paths of perdition, almost blocked my way back to it (the Path”).

There is no losing the path at all, it’s all just the eternal swinging pendulum of life pushing one back and forth, up and down,in and out of balance. Know that the ripe ones observe this movement, and the change of moods and tendencies, and are choosing the right action or not to action, without letting themselves to be influenced by the eternal pendular movement of everything in this paradigm.

Regain your faith and know that you didn’t do anything wrong, you just allowed yourself to be dragged back for a while by the force of the “low tide”, but you can easily step out of it whenever you desire to do so. And believe it or not, all of the previous Masters and realized beings have experienced the same issue and eventually overcome it. As they say: “the winner is just a loser who kept on trying” .

The law of free will is a divine mandate that no one can oppose or go against without huge repercussions. Therefore be certain that you know what you want and make sure you don’t trespass other’s freewill either. Many times we’re tricked by entities into guilt and shame and we accept “punishments” in all ways possible, believing that we deserve them. Hence we’re bound by our own free will, smartly manipulated by the forces of darkness, so eventually there’s no one punishing or inflicting harm to ourselves but ourselves.

Be aware of your power and become conscious of it, take full responsibility for everything and become a representative of the Divine Law instead of being a “victim” of it. The ignorant is like a leaf in the wind, moved from here to there by lack of proper higher vision and willpower.

We are always on the right path. The elliptical path starts from the Source, goes far away from it and then, while being quite afar, the remembrance of that spark that left the Source, and memory of its true essence is reignited, the longing for returning to the Light of its Being is revived, and the Path is initiated. Consequently the long road back home starts.

One of the hermetic principles declares: “as above so below”, So as, planets, stars, and even universes have their elliptical movements of going far and coming back, similarly, we souls are no different. Regardless of how far into the darkness a soul might have went, eventually it will steer back towards the source of everything, as another proof that there is nothing but Light out of which everything sprung out.

Like great Master Tilopa said to his student Naropa:

“The darkness of a thousand eons cannot dim the brilliant radiance that is the essence of the sun.  Likewise, eons of samsara  cannot dim the sheer clarity that is the essence of the mind.”

So all we need to remember is that purity of our essence that cannot be stained by anything we do. Although that shouldn’t be used as an excuse to act immoral or in any way that might be harmful or detrimental to other souls. The coming back path comes with huge responsibility. Now you know what needs to be done. We know the divine laws that we should abide by, now the ignorance of the child has been dispelled, therefore we have to embrace the responsibility of an adult and start shining in the world, silently, humbly, as the sun shines over weeds and good plants alike without need for anyone’s acknowledgement or praise, just doing the needful. .

Start giving in a selfless way, know all existence to be one with The All, embrace It as your own being and dwell in It forever.

It’s great that even when one goes unknowingly to “the other side”, falling again into old patterns of behavior, there’s always a stretched hand to pull one back onto the path of Truth, be it the Grace of the Guru, the call of the spiritual lineage, or whichever way it may manifest… all one needs is to be open, to listen, and nature itself will deliver one way or another the redemption message for the one that has ears to receive.

The weak will fall into victimization, into believing that there’s no return, hence wasting another incarnation as probably happened previously, but the one that reached maturity will once again raise from the ground, dust their clothes and walk on the eternal steep road ahead that eventually unites one with its Source.

Winning the fight

The biggest desire I have is to free myself from desires.

Walking “The Path” is very hard for the one with a weak willpower. Everything is about conquering the lower tendencies and thriving.

The strong knows that only his weakness can bring his downfall, therefore he guards himself with awareness and slashes with the sword of awareness any weakness born out of ignorance, any imposition from anywhere. He knows that he is not in charge of the outcomes, yet he does his best always, knowing that he may face failure even if he did his best, but he is not worried about the outcome. He is rather concerned with noticing the old patterns of behavior trying to drag one back to the previous position, yet he laughs with awareness of such a silly thing. Yet he is ever cautious not to allow pride or a superior feeling to take hold of him.

How can he have something imposed on himself when he is well aware of his goal and everything that might be deviating him from that, he knows well that is a foreign suggestion. If you feel weak, rejoice, because you can get stronger. If you feel strong it’s because you are proud, and pride can be your downfall.

When thoughts are coming, know for sure that you are not their creator regardless of the type of thoughts. So refuse to harbor them with firm demeanor and stay peaceful, while observing the creation of the thoughts, as waves that rise and fall are created in the sea. Thoughts are always the weapon of crime in anything that is low, that is criminal, that is detrimental. Then why are we entertaining them? Every single deed that harms self or other starts first with a thought. Then why to follow such a demented leader?

If we have a very powerful will and a very high goal always present in our minds, then all the magic (which works by forcing suggestions and foreign feelings that distract and deviate someone’s path towards their highest goal) or distraction, is as futile as trying to knock out an experienced boxer by throwing popcorn at him, regardless of the power and intensity of that attack. Therefore the spiritual essence of that being is reinforced and strengthened by his stoic and unmoving, calm attitude with which he withstands any storm or attack. To this person the unsuccessful attackers will eventually bow and serve.

The biggest enemy we can have is our own self (ego) , the old victimized, entitled, fearful, violent, judgmental, and unyielding mind that wants to be in control. It can’t be destroyed, but transcended. Its darkness and lowness can be transmuted into pure Light and growth.

The external world is an extension of that lower mind, so it will be definitely used as a tool in binding you even more to the projection of the mind. Those who try to liberate themselves from the thralls of the ego are going to be facing adversity as never before, or if their soft spot is having sensual pleasures fulfilled, they might get that and the problems might lessen while they are lost in the mirage of satisfying their senses.

In the movie “Matrix” Neo finds out that anyone who is still in the Matrix can be used against him, because himself, being already out of the system (of control), became an existential threat for the system itself. Because if one frees himself of the thralls of the Matrix, will create an example for others to follow, an energetic whirlpool that will inspire others, which might be the beginning of the end of that system.

But that system of control is within, don’t try to fight the windmills outside of yourself like Don Quijote . The enemy is the old, the stale, the dark. Transmute them all into their opposites and come up victorious. The victorious in this case becomes more humble, pure, and yielding, a paradoxical image that we might have had about the losers.

Whoever “fought himself” and won, has won everything. The external is just a mirror of the internal, so when you don’t like something outside, go and work with the cause within. As such is the wisdom of the Pathless Path to self-realization and mastery.

Linear vs. Quantum

Walking in a regular, linear (typical A to B thinking) style will not take you to the quantum world. Going onto old ways and itineraries and using the same old tools that took you nowhere would not be able to take you anywhere or give you new outcomes that you dream about.

The limited mind is the very representation of the old, so you can recognize the influence of the mind by the conservative approaches and actions that try to preserve its status quo. Mind tries to preserve the old ways that insures its ruling over the dormant Self. Therefore if you dream (aspire) about waking up, you have to take a leap of faith into the unknown, into newness. You have to be courageous to embrace the unknown, be wise and patient, pure, humble and crazily letting go of each past moment, ruthlessly slashing unnecessary ties with the old and the darkness.

You have to know that whatever you see is somewhat an illusion because of the limited tools of perception. The senses are very limited compared to the vastness of existence and its infinite expression. The senses only perceive a small fraction of what truly is, so the image, sound and feeling of something is mostly a mind concept, created out of insufficient data collected by the senses, the mind draws the rest of the image according to beliefs and memories of the past which are even more phantasmagoric due to the lack of previous correct perception/interpretation of the past experiences. This knowledge about our impossibility/limitation to see the entire “picture” should humble us down, accepting that the most probable thing is that we don’t know anything, and this is the beginning of true wisdom.

Even in situations in which we believe that we are exposing ourselves to novelty and growth, there might be little or no truth about it. Let’s take for instance the interaction with a Siddha (perfected) being if we are ripe enough to recognize such an encounter. . Although we feel intuitively that the being in front of us is in a different (higher) reality /paradigm then we are, so we intuitively feel that being as in a more advanced state than us, we are still unable to comprehend and to imagine the extent of that difference, similar to a child not being able to truly imagine the complexity of the adult experience and perception that comes with time and maturity. Therefore we will continue to project onto that being our old ideas and perception and judge his/her actions, words and appearance according to our own patterns and faulty (socially imposed) rules that are dictated by the mind(ego), which wants to preserve its reign over the dormant Self and ensure its continuity throughout lifetimes.

The only way we might have a chance to change the linearity into quantum is by accepting, by flowing with life, fully trusting it and without projecting potential outcomes onto it. Each time we project, expect and hope about a certain outcome coming true, we are trying to manipulate life to flow in a certain way that we expect, project or hope, therefore depriving ourselves of what is truly ours to have and experience, just because we are afraid of the unknown and we are unable to trust. This is the very reason for the suffering that everyone is experiencing at this moment.

A perfected being will truly trigger all the falsehood and darkness that we have within and we try to numb, hide and deny that even exists within us. It is so easy to blame the trigger instead of knowing and owning our own shit. After all everything and everyone outside of ourselves are just triggers and pointers to what is already within us. Once something is not within ourselves it is impossible for an external factor to trigger what is not there. It’s like someone coming with a torch inside a cave, but since there’s no wood or other inflammable material inside the cave, there will be no chance of a fire to start.

Therefore we shouldn’t blame external elements as people and situations for what we don’t like, but rather take full responsibility for what we feel/experience and wonder about, and question and realize what’s our input for that situation to take place. Because that is ours and the reason is within, so don’t blame anyone without because it is like blaming the sea for drowning you, when it is your fault that you jumped inside without knowing how to swim.

If we remember that everything that we experience outside is caused by what is within us, then we indeed walk the path of rediscovery, of self-realization.  As a small example once we’ve transcended and realized the uselessness of being envious or jealous with someone for whatever reason, no matter what qualities or possessions people will have, they will fail to ignite any jealousy or envy.

A perfected (Siddha) being will be invisible for us in its magnanimous effulgence that he/she has, if we haven’t reached a similar level, because all we will see in that tranquil water (that that being is like) will be our own crap and ignorance being reflected back to us.

I have seen people running away from that type of experience and I did that myself many times. It is truly unbearable for the one not ready to take full responsibility for EVERYTHING, and it is so easy to blame the trigger, to blame the mirror that shows a monster. But the monster is hidden within us and its power lies in its secrecy, in the fact of us being unaware of its whereabouts and its very existence. And that is not a different entity but ourselves, the very animalistic, basic, instinctual, victimized, vengeful, unforgiving, coward, dark and egotistical self that is ruling this paradigm, like some sort of the boss of the end of this level that we are trying to pass, like in computer games.

Once we admit that there might be a monster lurking within, its powers diminish and eventually, by losing the ignorance and knowing that its existence is a fact, that monster transforms into a sweet little puppy, a harmless animal that has a potential to transform both into a rabid, totally uncontrollable wolf, or into a faithful, loving and tamed dog. Both potentialities exist in the same time, but we are aware of the choices and the wisdom will dictate from now on when each of those are to be used.

There’s a risk of people taking charlatans for Siddha (perfected – highly evolved spiritually) beings. Unfortunately there are not many known Siddha beings incarnated at the moment, at least that I am aware of, yet the ones that try to mesmerize the masses by posing as such beautiful beings are many. In reality the capacity to recognize such Beings it is just according to our own vibration. We attract what’s within us. If within its mostly corruption and illusion we will attract someone who is similar, until we realize the lesson of that level and we get a chance to get to the “real deal”. If we’re vibrating in a certain way we will definitely attract similar vibrating beings and experience. But truly evolved beings that came one way or another into our lives are recognized by their vibration as useful trees are recognized by their fruits. From now on that being’s appearance in our lives will trigger an inner fight, the eternal fight between ignorance and knowledge, between good and bad, old and new… All the qualities, the morality, our purity and humbleness will be under severe scrutiny by Life itself. All the props and crutches are going to be destroyed or temporarily deactivated. We are definitely going to show what material we are made of. Since the path is taking us to a whole new level, it will not just going to be given like that to the one who hasn’t earned it before showing their true nature.

Similarly I am sure no one would give a totally new driver a brand new Lamborghini to drive, unless they’ve proven their skills on a lower level car. As such with stepping into a whole new paradigm, one has to prove himself/herself worthy and equipped with the necessary skills to survive the new challenges and vibration.

So if we are really looking for the real let’s forget about complaining and wanting to change anything according to our fickleness of mind, let’s rather develop stoicism, patience and purity and all that is ours will undoubtedly come our way.

Free yourself from bondage

Whoever doesn’t want to get anything, nothing to achieve and nothing to be, are not touched anymore by the vicissitudes of life. They are just laughing at whatever event they might experience, be it “good” or “bad”, fully aware of the transitory nature of everything. They clearly see the fallacy of taking everything outside of themselves as being real, yet they are courageously playing the game, like sportsmen, embracing each and every challenge coming their way, while maintaining a high level of morality.

What is there to desire, have and/or keep forever (since everything is fleeting)? Obviously nothing. Yet we shouldn’t run away from anything that life unfolds before us. The events are there to test our virtuosity, patience, regard to our fellow beings (not only human) every single moment. They’re testing our purity, our inner peace, our patience and other qualities that are the prerequisite for shedding the old and stepping into a totally new paradigm. The events are also showing us how much we’ve grown on the path also.

The secret lies in the change of perspective. In reality nothing else changes since nothing is truly solid, unless the perspective shifts, everything being a projection of one’s limited mind and its distortions.
While we believe in the existence of the separation of individuals in friends and foes, we will encounter situations and events that will stimulate and confirm that belief. Just believing in the Unity would not take us very far either since it’s not yet a true realization that comes from within, but a mere theoretical acknowledgement. Not believing in any concept or idea, dropping any intellectual concepts and theories will remove the crutches and props that the mind uses to build its fantasy.

Once all the concepts are dropped, reality is perceived at a subtle level, free from logical assumptions or projections, naked, unveiled from previously accumulated knowledge that has become obsolete. The power we have is to flip every single situation and see it in a different light, remove the personal story and the shiny lie (Maya, the illusion) will be perceived as it is.

We are the ones keeping ourselves in the prison of the senses. The 5 senses are nothing but wardens of our prison. Everything is distorted and misrepresented so that we can easily say that we’re living a lie, a total fabrication. Then what’s the point of losing ourselves in this movie? We forgot that we are beyond the movie, beyond the watcher and the director, beyond the actors and the events.

All the suffering has its cause in our desires. Fulfillment of one desire is given and might be even helped and stimulated by occult elements because it’s a fetter that binds us more onto the illusion. Therefore more desires are sprouting, as from a single grain of wheat several others are created, the hardest the task to exit the trap.

As soon as we start cutting our desires gradually, we start glimpsing through the fabric of the world. The desireless person is never unpleasantly nor pleasantly surprised by life because they are not hoping, not wishing, nor craving for a certain outcome.
They got indubitably out of the grip of sorrow and happiness, but they reside unmoved in the inner bliss of the Being that depends on nothing. Their sedateness comes from the realization of the futility of involving in a passionate way into the game (life) yet their duties are fulfilled diligently, nothing is left undone, no task is forsaken.

To the regular soul inhabiting a human body they (the desireless being) appear regular and trivial since they appear fully immersed in the game. The only difference between the first one and the other is that their immersion is fully conscious and although their actions may appear to the unaware as being normal, their actions come truly from Life itself which flows unobstructed through their beings.

Once the hindrances have been relinquished, the desire to satisfy the senses has been removed, we are in alignment with life and we observe its flow through us and we know that we are One with it, therefore, whatever word or action comes through us is the very expression of the Unlimited in the limited.

Let life happen to you

Let whatever is yours come your way unobstructed, and let whatever is not yours to have, leave you without opposition.

When we want to control life, to direct its flow towards a certain outcome the result is pain. Even if we achieve that goal that made us invest so much time, energy and effort into it, eventually we realize that maybe it wasn’t really worth the struggle. Moreover the fulfillment of one desire automatically brings more desires and this loop never stops. Not even death puts an end to it since the mind will take its desires to the next experience (birth) so this is the very reason for us playing this game of birth and death.

As soon as you stop wanting things you have reached the ultimate happiness, the eternal bliss. That can come from the realization of “I had enough of everything” – Enough is enough! – and you decide to watch and rest, instead of manipulating, controlling and struggling. Or it comes from the realization of who you truly are, the Ultimate existence that has already everything and is already anything.

Every single moment of our lives carries a teaching, in each moment we have a choice. It’s like life tests us continuously bringing up similar struggles or dramas with those in the past, and we are facing them to see if lessons have been learnt. We are unaware of us being vengeful and feeling entitled and excusing atrocious behavior of ourselves under the pretext of righteousness. There’s no excuse for doing harm, for violence, when it comes from the rottenness of the ego.

The motive always matters. If a family living in the woods hunts every week a deer for the family to be fed, nature endures. But when people go hunting for the thrill of killing, it means that they are killing animals for their own pleasure and for that pleasure nature is going to punish one way or another. We are so unaware of the consequences of all our actions, everything produces an impact, everything is accounted for, therefore if we let life happen to us, but the steerer is the ego, then we’re down that same drain, in the same loop that kept us busy tens and hundreds of lifetimes.

When we let life happen to us, we are allowing what’s for us to come and find us, regardless that it can be catalogued as “good” or “bad”. In my understanding we are supposed to have a certain amount of experiences, a certain amount of pain, joy and whatever. When we run away from the experience, when we run away from pain, solitude and whatever disturbs us, we are just postponing it and prolonging the agony.

Let’s say we are meant to experience pain, 8 on a scale from 0 to 10. In a traumatic situation pain is building and grows on that scale, 1, 2, 3.. 7. When we run away from it before reaching that tipping point we postpone the whole process once again. So we will need to face a different traumatic event, again building the pain 1,2,3..7 but if unless the destined degree has been reached, there will be no resolution. Therefore, we should try to embrace whatever comes. Whatever comes is definitely ours to have.

The good news is that life is very just and balanced. There is never only a downward spiral of unhappy events from bad to worse. Even if we have a heavy karma to pay, we are going to be given moments of joy, of rest. Life is always fair, always correct. If we are aware that the huge pile of crap we’re carrying is ours to handle and carry until we transmute it into pure spiritual gold, then there’s no external actor or unfortunate event neither accident to blame for whatever we experience. In that moment of realization you drop all blame for yourself or others, you will definitely smile, understanding that everything is perfect, everything is always right!

Do what is for you to do, and forget about outcomes since we are not the ones in control of the outcomes. Do your best and forget the rest! If you are alone and you are fine with it but life brings someone in your life, if it clicks, it’s yours to have: be it a happy or painful experience, it’s definitely what you need to have! When we are flowing with and through life, everything comes naturally, everything is meant to be. When we think we know better we might bring unnecessary, delaying events and elements into our lives. So there has to be an element of surrender always present in our lives, even if we are caught unawares, the moment we surrender and let go, the grip of despair is loosening.

Surrender control, embrace everything, stop seeing things from the “I”, “me” and “mine” perspective. These are the veils that keep us ignorant: limiting ourselves to the bodily frame and limited mind and ego and separation perspective.

Let life happen to you and enjoy the ride, as all the rides sometimes are smooth, sometimes bumpy. It is all you’ve chosen for you to experience, so trust your higher Self! If it happens it means you are ready to have that (whatever might be), see the learning lesson within, the pain that surrounds that bitter event is just a veil to make it harder to accept, but each such event is a blessing in disguise, a bitter candy that has a sweet, creamy core as a reward for the patient, courageous and resilient who beared the bitterness.

Desires, the ace in the sleeve of Illusion

Although we eat sweets and food to give us a sense of “happiness”, of joy, the pleasure is very limited and short lived and invites afterwards the other side of the pendulum, the lower feelings of guilt, remorse, depression, along with the health repercussions on the physical body etc, and since the world is mostly polarized towards negative nowadays, the lower emotions are felt more acute and seem to last longer… Actually it’s funny that I was reading something similar in the book of Nisargadatta yesterday, about the futility of empowering desires and pushing toward materializing them. And this is because the result is more pain and suffering which eventually will push us to try to get more and more “better experiences” to “counter” the painful or unpleasant ones, and the circle continues in a downward spiral. I haven’t fully seen it whilst reading about it, but now (after feeling the low-vibe emotions following – in my case – the eating of too much sweets along with the experience), it clearly makes sense why the desire to experience all this “good” stuff and to avoid the “bad” ones is silly and unproductive.

The brilliant life teaches again! All the sensual pleasures (belonging to the sense organs) are just traps of the soul enforced by the mind in its attempt to ensure the perpetuation of its ruling over the body and its continuous transmigration (from one body/experience to another) until the veils of ignorance are burnt down by the power and light of the Self.

The desires are keeping the spirit under heavy veils of ignorance, especially when that sensual pleasure is experienced in a non-aware or semi-aware state, therefore pulling one into a Vortex of low vibration feelings and a vicious circle of desire – fulfillment – short lived (almost fake) pleasure – suffering flow of events. And it all exhausts the body (through eating bad stuff, sweets, fast-food, having unhealthy sexual desire, unhealthy sexual unions (that might bring trouble in all sorts of ways) or unnecessary and excessive masturbation, and addiction to everything related to the satisfying of the senses… Oh, what a smart trap!!!

The true yogi sees through the trap and takes the other path, the path of breaking down walls and patterns that keeps him captured in this illusion. He knows that he is not the body neither the mind nor the experience) so he learns to watch himself while exploring the illusion. He removes one by one all addiction, all dependence to anything, letting slowly go of everything that used to bound him/her.  He starts seeing the middle path, in which he still eats, but doesn’t crave sweets or fancy or/and unhealthy food. He might still have a sexual life, but is healthy and devoid of craving for it. He stops craving for any stimulation, either visual, tactile, taste-wise, sexual, olfactive, auditive,… , being fulfilled by the eternal bliss of the Self found within. The middle path is not craving for anything, yet if some fancy thing appears by itself, it is fully and awarely experienced and not craved for after it ends, neither the fact that was experienced regretted. Everything seems equal inside of him, although for the external observer might look opprobrious, but this is rather advanced and we can only speculate on the moment when that point is reached. Unless we get to that same level of experience, we, who haven’t reached there, will continue seeing things in a very limited and naive way, being prone to judge according to our limitations the actions and experiences of beings that have transcended the limited to a certain extent.

Continuous untangling and transmutation of “what is not us” out of our system is the path to Yoga. Instead of being the path of acquiring, it’s the path of “losing” (letting go) everything from the point of view of not considering things or people as our property, having people and things vanishing away and being fine with it. It is the path where attachments are slowly disappearing . That doesn’t mean that people, properties and experiences are not there anymore; yes they might still be, but they are all brought by Life itself, pushed by the destiny to be fulfilled, instead of being created by the continuous desire, volition and struggle to control and manipulate the flow of life.

He (the Yogi) doesn’t refuse anything, and although experiencing it, doesn’t attach to any of these experiences or people. A sweet tranquility is inside of the yogi whether he’s  eating, having sexual intercourse, or experiencing whatever people might judge as a good or bad event. He’s always the same, sedate inside himself, equanimous, bathing in the bliss of himself, unfettered by the tricks of the illusion.

That peace, that love, that bliss…

Once we taste a very good quality of Sencha tea, in my case my favorite is organic Midori No Kaori from Uji province in Japan, then everything else that is below that level no longer feels tasty as it used to be, all of the sudden they all feel fake, a very faint reminiscence of what true quality should taste like.

As such with our true Being, once we get a glimpse of that inner Being that resides in all and everything, the peace that we feel (that is the emanation of the Being), is like the scent of the rose… invisible yet powerful and going beyond the limitations of the physical form.

Sometimes we are dragged back into the vortex of Samsara, the very mundane life that we thought we uprooted but even if we allow ourselves to be blinded again for a while, we will long for that true essence which sheds light to the so called reality we are living in and makes it look like a black and white movie that can’t be mistaken for reality.

At points the emotional turmoil captures our awareness and we lack that spiritual objectivity from before the upheaval, but deep inside ourselves that Being is slowly unveiled, like growing (although in reality nothing is growing, everything was always there, only under some heavy veils and distortions). As soon as the power of the emotions subsides, peace comes back in unless we are trying to draw conclusions, analyze and give meaning to things that have no meaning whatsoever. Whatever happens has no true purpose other than teaching you to accept and let go of each and every moment of Now. Thoughts are bombarding us with suggestions: do this, do that, don’t do this and that, leave, run, attack..

Best approach is to smile or even laugh out loud. It’s at that moment that all the power that we invested our mind with is similar to the power which we give to the government and politicians that are no longer working in our best interest anymore,..everything fake falls into pieces by the Lotus feet of the Ultimate Existence which we all are.

Annihilate the mind projections and analysis, the thoughts and feelings and you are going to dive deep into your Being, no judgment, no projection, no concepts…Become pure perception, just pure unhindered existence. That’s who we all are. That peace, that Love, that bliss, that calmness and humbleness is who we truly are.

All the rest, ideas, names, titles, possessions, attire, and anything other than that are just separating tools, tools that empower the lower ego, the “little self” who is forever victimized and in fear, who judges and analyzes the experience through past traumas and distorted memories and is driven by the desire to control the external environment.

When you are able to get even for a small amount of time away from the mind and ego and taste that inner Blissful Being, then you will have only one vision: how to expand that Being which is You and Everything, into transcending all the past ideas and rulers and becoming fully That which you have always been.

The selfless person is not competing anymore for anything, because they know that what’s theirs is there without effort, without fighting (for it), just because of who they are, because they’re flowing with Life and know that what’s theirs to have cannot be taken away and they do not let the experience bound them. We are One and All already, why are you running for a minute portion when you are everything that ever was, is and will be. Don’t misinterpret the “without the effort” part, we still have to give our 100% in everything we do, yet it comes almost effortless since it is a flow of You in the experience.

Now sit back and watch everything from the point of view of the information you’ve received. Everything is empowered and created by you. All your pleasure and pain is just seeing your creation through a very narrow standing point. Once you transcend, the illusion seems like it lost its shine, you see the flaws and the ephemeral nature of everything within it and you know that you are immortal and you are going to Be, long after this whole movie will end!

Face yourself!

A beautiful, scented flower is not yelling: “Here,.. I am here! “, but it’s discovered and recognized by its beauty and its beautifully scented emanation. As such, truly evolved beings share their Being with everyone and everything they come into contact with, selflessly and without announcing anything.

Daily we might be touched by the Grace of such beings, but because they are not looking for recognition, the touch of Grace does its work in silence. As long as we look for approval and confirmation, we are just played by the ego, which might play this time a “saintly” role and might easily pass for the (higher) Self, yet it is not.

Best way to see if we are selfless and humble and not looking for recognition is to take a bill of 50 or 100 euros/dollars or according to the country we live in (a substantial amount of money or at least a big bill) and put it inside someone’s pocket or purse or hide it in their house without being seen, and leave without knowing if that person is going to find it, if they are grateful or not, or anything else, and without even thinking about it anymore… It’s a good test to humble ourselves down…and check and realize that we have a hidden desire to be recognized and praised or acknowledged.

This is one way of checking our ego level and training the mind not to attach itself anymore to the outcomes of our actions. When mind detaches itself from desires, objects, people, expectations and entitlements, the ego wanes more and more… And when the little ego is no longer there (in full control of us) , the true realization of “I am” dawns on us!

Truly evolved beings attract through their simplicity, humbleness, peaceful attitude, and their inner light shines silently touching everyone and everything they come in proximity with. Because they are not bound to the fake society morale or conditionings, because they are truly free, as no in-bondage person can be that freedom unless they have tasted it, they are mostly misinterpreted and misunderstood , yet they are not trying to prove their point, neither imposing themselves because they understand the perfection of everything in its apparent imperfection.

The higher the vibration level of one person is, more chances that he/she will be attracted to that Highly evolved (maybe self-realized) being because of the innate desire to be free that is embedded in all humans. But the higher that Being radiates, the more the chances of the “less evolved” one to have to face all the inner crap, demons and distortions that they’re having within.

“Normal” people (not realized yet) are similar to the principle of the communicating vessels, continuously exchanging energies with the environment and other beings. So when two people closely interact with each other they are going to be exchanging, and regulating their vibration exactly like communicating vessels do; so if one is more malefic than the other it will lower the vibration of the second one and implicitly the malefic one will be slightly influenced to the better by the other.

The deeper(closer) the connection the more acute is the transfer of energy. This is the reason why sexual intimacy has the potential to be highly detrimental when based on superficial carnal desire, but it can be a very good tool for those who are aware, like-minded and with similar interests and where there’s mutual respect and attraction mostly soul to soul rather than body to body (only), although the superficial bodily attraction might be there too as a confirmation of compatibility on all the planes.

Aware sexual intercourse should be the culmination of the beings compatibility, a merging of their existences on all plans, physical, mental and spiritual. This is the moment when the true soul’s alchemy will activate and become a tool in their spiritual quest towards rediscovery of their true Selves. Nowadays the whole narrative of the Matrix pushes people to engage and crave in depraved sexuality, where little or no true connection is present, hence instead of the sexuality becoming a wonderful tool in self-realization, it becomes an obstacle and a way to engross beings more and more into ignorance.

On the extreme part of the range of vibrations, highly vibrant persons are no longer affected by the low vibration ones, or the influence is insignificant, or immediately observed and consciously discarded. Same with a very malefic one, it’s highly unlikely that it will be affected positively significantly by the higher vibration.

So when a person that is in between, neither too bad nor enlightened meets one of the radiant beings, they will need to face all their inner dirt, traumas, weaknesses and distortions they have, because that pure light emanated by the evolved one will bring all that hidden negativity to the surface. Therefore the real Path within requires high level of courage, because we will need to face and accept (that inside us we have) all this darkness and very old negativity that we carry with us throughout eons.

Be true to yourself

If we are true to ourselves we automatically become true to the world. Because whatever external people, things or events exist out there, it is our mind creating that, and whatever is inside gets manifested outside in the form of people, things and events. The more resolved our past traumas and events are the smoother the external world will flow.

When we decide to be honest with ourselves, we would not be able to entertain some external person or thing that is not resonating with us anymore, but we will cut through the bullshit like a sharp knife, and not because we’re rude or lacking empathy or diplomacy, but we realize that we are supposed to be ourselves and stand by the truth that is within us. By wasting time with people that are not on the same frequency we exhaust ourselves and we are neither helping them and much less ourselves. We are depriving them of the lesson of proper boundaries and we are exhausting unnecessary energy.

The same goes for partnerships, friends, family and acquaintances or strangers. Why would you entertain someone if you don’t want to? Why to continue talking or meeting someone that drains you? Isn’t it that you are just tricking yourself that you are being a good friend, person, lover, neighbor .. Or whatever “good” you project on yourself to be?

Lack of proper action sometimes is the same thing as harming self and others. Lack of determination in implementing what’s best for us is not at all “being kind and/or compassionate with the other”, but the other way around, because not establishing proper boundaries also deprives the other side of having the proper experience to also wake up and work with themselves.

But let’s forget about the others. Let’s say that we want someone, we need a partner, a lover. At first we have all these ideas of I want him/her to be like this and like that and I definitely don’t want him/her to have this or that features. But as time goes by our neediness grows, so directly proportionally our standards lower and we are ready to accept things that in the beginning we were 100% sure we didn’t want to have.

Eventually the hormones might push us into lower and lower vibration and we might be ready to accept many red flags just for the sake of satisfying the lower mind and body needs. It’s an experience that might transform into a trap. It may be good if it happened, you had it and let it go. The problem appears when we enter relationships with the wrong or let’s say inappropriate reason. Why? Because sexual intimacy or (just) external superficial attraction shouldn’t be the reason for us getting into a relationship, it means that the whole foundation is rotten. It means that our home’s foundation is made of clay and with time the sturdiness of the foundation will be tested and indubitably that construct will collapse under the heavy weight of vibrational, spiritual and mental mismatch.

The more we stay in this types of relationships the more we will suffer, because through numbing our intuition and denial of the obvious, attachments are created, unhealthy projections and hopes are coming to existence and it will make the break-up more painful. On the other hand whatever is true and supposed to be there will unfold in a natural, beautiful way although relationships where there’s only peace love and harmony might be an utopic idea in this era.

When we are honest with ourselves, we are honest with the world and although we will lose a huge amount of (unnecessary) people, rest assured that we are heading towards knowing how our life is supposed to be, not what we were projecting onto it.

On the other hand we shouldn’t project too many qualities or what the future partner should have or not, rather learn to flow with life, to listen to your Being, your heart and intuition, learn to see everything from the inner contentment feeling in which you are complete and devoid of “needs” or “wants”, and whatever is supposed to be yours will appear on its own. Appearance of its own doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t do anything towards that goal (of having someone) if that’s how we feel. Choose wisely by cutting through the past distortions and tendencies that threw you over and over again into similar distorted relationships and you will step out of the lower flow. Observe life through that inner contentment and you will be able to accept being alone or with someone as being equally acceptable.

There’s a saying that the one that’s the most patient will reap the ripest fruit. If you are experiencing a period of being alone, enjoy it. Take it as an opportunity to work your crap out, take it as a period of time for reflection and contemplation. Whatever is there it’s the best thing that can happen to you. Especially when you are honest with yourself. The more honest you are, the more free you will become. The more you love yourself, the more you will love everything and everyone in a very unconditional way. But don’t confuse the unconditional love towards the world and the existence, with the new-agey nonsense that you have to be good, do good and everything is pink clouds and unicorns. That’s again dishonesty to self. Find out who you are and own it! Embrace it with good and bad features, with qualities and shortcomings, because that is how you came to experience life.

There’s no malicious act if you’re acting, talking and being from that inner peace, the inner contentment that’s the essence of our Being. Therefore if you are more and more aligned with that Being that lies hidden inside of whatever living being at any point of time, then you can never go wrong,.. Whatever you might be saying or doing will be in perfect alignment with the Life itself regardless of how external people might perceive it. Life will then flow through your Being and through you people will get their own lessons without any effort or without you even noticing or wanting it.

Be true to yourself and automatically you will be true to the external existence, hence there’s no need to further analyze your actions and speech.. Trust and love yourself and your life will become a synchronistic course of events.. Flow with life and know that you are being taken care of.

Just a random flow of words

We are captured in a game by our own addiction to dopamine and endorphins. This secret was definitely captured and kept even more secret by the companies that are ruling the world at the moment and make money from us because we are just a product for them, which is sold to other companies in the name of profit, control and power.

Before the technological times we were still addicted to chemical pleasure induced by endorphins and dopamine but there were different stimuli which are still active like good food, alcohol, sex and any activities that are creating pleasure for us the human beings. Now everything is played at a very different level, because of the technology we are more and more addicted and controlled.

Let’s take the example of a simple computer game, it has embedded a system of “stick and carrot” that turn them to be very addictive, because by default we are going to be fighting for that carrot and avoiding as much as possible the stick. But the fault of these games at the beginning (according to the creators) it was that they were ending in matter of days, weeks or maximum months so the grip of the illusion was loosing its power and that meant that they’ve lost their clients. All the games created nowadays are endless, created to keep us in a continuous loop of unawareness and submission, hoping for that little kick of dopamine that will make us feel “happy”. The same principles are applied in social media. Likes, hearts and flames among others are irresistible goals for the nowadays people. The very psychology is dissected and used against us to keep us in a inception-like reality, like a dream in a dream.

All the social media, game industry, fashion industry and everything adapted to create this apparent “perpetuum mobile” that will maintain us in a chemically induced submission of our will and inner power. The medical and pharmaceutical systems are functioning in the same way. Why would they heal the world? Wouldn’t that mean that it will be the end of their businesses? Why would the weapon industry want to create peace? Wouldn’t that (the peace) end the life of their businesses – a mammoth of war composed out of companies that are sucking the countries dry by speculation of differences?

We are now being played by the differences, all the things that are differentiating us are used, manipulated in order to create smaller and smaller factions that will make us feel separated from the only group that we truly belong – the earthly beings. Now people self identify as gay, hetero, catholic, agnostic, muslim, female, male, trans, black, latino and what not. In reality we are all beings. We are played by our own narcissistic desire to feel special, different, to feel more important than others. Divide et impera, is used as the means to create rapture between us. Families are torn apart, friends and neighbors are now split because of politics and separation of race, because of believing in different things, because one believes in the government and the other in the extreme corruption of that government, because of sexual choices and whatever they might find as a means to separate.

Separation is the key to destruction!

To counter it, see everyone as yourself, as your child, mother, father, sister… Start seeing what unites us all, because what separates is out there every day trumpeted and enhanced by the media, by the government, by all the entities that feed out of our separation. Start realizing and remembering that we are all just Light of the Divine, deprived of the memory of being Divine, split into billions of tiny particles and inhabiting temporary intelligent constructs made of flesh, bones, cartilages and muscles, supposed to find our way back.

The way back is through unity. The way back is acceptance of the inner and outer flow, of the inner and outer corruption, of the inner and outer purity… Everything is to be accepted and received without emotions. Be in the world but not of the world! Somewhere deep inside yourself you KNOW that we are all One,.. you still feel that it is true yet in this identification with the body and the ego, the information is canceled and misunderstood. Be (like) a caring mother for everyone and the world will unfold differently. We are living in a world where several timelines and dimensions are coexisting, as such many people living in an apparent hellish realm could have a good life or experience and vice-versa; people that are living in a paradisiacal environment can feel and experience the living hell.

Once our perception changes, the outer world will be changing. Everything is inside ourselves in the form of distortions and tendencies and projected by our minds outside; like that, the illusion is born!

World is a mind construct. Once you control the mind, you are free from the fetters of bondage. Once the mind stops, the turmoil ceases too. Try it and convince yourself!

In the end, there can be only One

The experience of the duality of the world has one purpose only: to realize the futility of chasing desires and material pursuits and people. The duality when observed with awareness is containing in it the realization of the Absolute as being the one to be sought rather than illusory pursuits as mice in their wheels. The biggest teaching of this world is the “bad” and “uncomfortable” since these are making us search for a solution, for answers to the question “Why?”. The Absolute, the Eternal is hidden behind the scenes, in the very fabric of all and everything, therefore deciding that “this is good” and “that is bad” is misconception and keeping us far from the realization of the truth.

If the world would have been constructed on “goodness” only, everyone would have been only enjoying their sweet forgetfulness of everything since it’s in our nature that we try to preserve the “good” experience for as much as possible. The mechanics of the illusion are such that a good experience even if it lasts years seems like passing so fast whereas the “bad” experience seems like lasting forever and it is all because of our desire to prolong the “good” and shorten the “bad”.

As soon as the differentiation disappears everything becomes neutral and transitory. In the moment of contraction, of feeling bad which immediately creates the desire to stop it or to run away, the mechanics of the illusion are stretching the time. It may look cruel for someone or something to create a trap like this. But it’s because we are the Ultimate, and we created such an elaborate trap that is capable to keep ensnared the oblivious Divine Beings. Anything less than that would have been like a test that comes with the answers written under the questions.

It takes huge power of discrimination and dedication to exit the trap that we prepared for ourselves. It’s but a game of hide and seek that has been won already. All the particles of the Divine scattered in all the Realms are going to find one day their way Home. There’s no other way. The only thing that differs is when. But even the notion of time is bounding us when in reality for the Absolute there’s no time or space limitation whatsoever.

Some of us have a call to realize themselves earlier, some want to dive into the illusion more and more and lose themselves. Is there anything correct or incorrect? I believe that there’s no such separation, after all is the individual soul choice plus a certain predestination according to previous existence. In the end, for all of us there’s nothing but coming home, diving back into the primordial Being, into the Nothingness out of which everything sprouted.

For some it may sound scary , they’re afraid that we as individuals will be gone, since the tiny droplet of water unites back with the ocean of provenance. But that is just the trick of ego, the little self which is unaware of the fact that being a tiny particle devoid of its divinity the whole experience is limited and corrupted, but when we get back to being One with the Absolute, with the Consciousness, then we are one and Many and there’s no differentiation, we are collective, we are there the Ego(knowledge that we are all and nothing – and we are limitless), the very everything that we are oblivious of right now. So holding onto the illusion is one of the smartest tricks of Maya, because it’s like we are struggling to keep ourselves in a tiny box forever, fearful of the unknown instead of experiencing Everything realizing that there’s no time-space boundary nor any other type of other boundaries for the Source.

Just think about it; what an elaborate and complex game of souls we are experiencing; the range of feelings and perceptions, the uniqueness of the experience for each individual. The multitude of interpretations and explanations of the world and its experience by each of us. I am sure that if we would be able to realize that we are watching a very elaborate movie in which we have the opportunity to be actors, spectators, producers, directors and what not… We would definitely remain in awe of the audacity of the Creator to throw such amazing ideas and twists for little pieces of Itself to experience, in order to make them aware of their origin when all the other solutions were proven incorrect, and push them to wake up to their true Selves.

Chintamani Gem

We are not only living in God, in the Absolute, filling us with it from within and enveloping us and the world from without, but we are continuously exposed to the true liberating knowledge which lays hidden in plain sight, like the sun is always visible in the sky yet we fail to understand its true meaning, nature and existence.

Once we take the hard path to cleaning our being of the unnecessary, Grace makes its appearance and removes certain veils or obstacles just enough to make the journey a bit less than impossible. By cultivating our inner purity, selflessness, patience and humbleness the Knowledge reveals to ourselves and we remain in awe how simple and close to us all was the real information for the whole time. Things that in the past seemed to be gibberish or too abstract for us to even “waste our time” with, are shining bright into our minds and hearts and the true Existence is slowly revealing itself to us.

I am very grateful for all the great people that I have met and for all the amazing scriptures that I got my hands on, it was all made possible by the Grace of the Absolute. There is no mistake anymore. All the “mistakes” and “errors” are but part of the “Plan”, part of the great Revelation of the Almighty. It is so awesome that I have tears in my eyes while writing this and I hope that many of you will reach this point of recognizing the Grace of God in our lives. Many people felt it, wrote poems, prose, and sang their joy, the joy of remembering, the joy of knowing. Through the ocean of writings that exist in this world, there are many gems written by the very Spirit that permeates us all. They are but impossible to find for the unripe soul, even if the scriptures would be in his/her library, they would fail to release their Light (True knowledge) until the time is right and that person proved its worthiness. It is like a story I read about a seeker that found the most valuable and priceless gem in the world and because he didn’t believe himself to be finding that easy such a priceless object although he was looking for it, he threw away his finding and he continued searching for something that he already had in his hands. Eventually he found some bracelet made of shells and colored glass and he was happy to have found that, assuming that that must have been the Gem of gems that he was looking for, yet it was just a trinket.
I will explain this parable, because it is similar to the spiritual seekers, who by Grace may have touched the true Knowledge and / or got to meet the true preceptor but because their mind wants complication, methods and concepts, and because they fail to understand that the true preceptor will not come or look as in their projections and expectations, so they have thrown away their own priceless Diamond and exchange it for many colored pieces of glass and shell shards – fake gurus that have shining attire and mesmerizing talks and shows.

The true seeker, once he finds that gem, puts it inside their heart and mind and hold to that, knowing that it’s by merit and Grace that they were allowed to find that Gem and they will hold it for the rest of their existence very dear to them, knowing that that luminous Gem is their chance to transform into a Gem themselves.

This true Gem, the Chintamani Gem, is getting into one’s life to empower that being (the seeker) into becoming a true effulgence of the Divine Light themselves. The fake ones want the entire shine for their own, disempowering the prey just like spiders catch their prey in their snares and keep them alive to suck their vital energy. Their words may say otherwise yet their actions speak for themselves.

The biggest misconception

The biggest misconception that our mind serves us is that we are limited to the boundaries of our own bodies. That’s the invisible cell wall of our self-created prison.

I read in Yoga Vasistha, that the ignorant sees the golden bracelet in the form of just a bracelet and forgets the gold that is the essence of the bracelet. As such we are ignorant of the Supreme Self, that is the very essence of each and every manifested being or object. So let’s try to see deeper, because whatever is visible might be deluding and distracts us from recalling the Divine essence that imbues everything.
If we are That, the Absolute and Universes and everything inside and outside of them, how can we confine it to the limited bodies of ours, how can we limit ourselves to such a degree when we are Omnipotent, Omnipresent and Omniscient as our essence is. We are just different jewelry and accessories made out of the same priceless material – God/The Ultimate /That..

Now maybe you can have that “Eureka” moment like I had myself, realizing that although we are bound by will and desires of the mind to this existence in the human body, in reality we remain that same boundless Being of pure Light that has no limit neither is confined by anything. Whatever we were always searching for (as true spiritual pursuits) was already inside of us all the time and our only effort should be in eliminating the misconceptions through which we are held prisoners and these misconceptions are created by the master of them all – our lower mind.

To transcend the mind at first we must exert a huge amount of willpower, this exertion will not take us to any palpable result, but to the realization that the machinations of the mind – thoughts and desires – are not real, are just limitations and the cunning snare of the Illusion which is the mind itself building the illusion that we are surrounded by. So the exertion of power, and courage serves just as a proof of our determination which allows Grace to come and remove the veil, otherwise it’s as futile as action as applying sunscreen on a rainy day. I know what you think, but then can’t we just wait for the Grace to come and bring with it the peace and silence inside of the mind and remove its limitations and reveal the Mind which is an extension of the Mind of the Creator, of the Absolute? I wish it could be that easy, because through the “false” path of exertion and action we show our valor, our courage, our determination, sturdiness, patience, humbleness, purity and selflessness which are mandatory for the true Self-realization of who we truly are, like I said in previous articles, the Power is Intelligent in itself, being but an extension of the Absolute, so it can’t be tricked, bribed or be brought forcefully or prematurely.

So go on and show what you are made of, discover and dust off from the shelves of oblivion the qualities of which we are all made of – the qualities of the Supreme: purity, selflessness, contentment, non-judgment, non-differentiation, acceptance, humbleness, courage, unattached and unbound by any belief, concept or desire and discover those beautiful wings that you were carrying with you the whole time, spread them wide and remember how to fly, cause after all it must be like riding the bike, once you do it, you will always remember it.
Start cultivating these qualities, or better said remove those fake qualities of the ego and illusion to rediscover the simplicity and purity of the true Self. Force your attention onto every single second of your life, bring awareness in your life and let it be your forever partner in the world, because awareness is what differentiates us from the ignorant animal-like beings that are just like leafs in the wind of the ever-changing and consuming illusory world.

If we realize that there’s no I and me, or other, that we are all One and that One is All, how can we need any moral rule or laws to restrict our actions, when we know that the action against another being is directly against ourselves?

The dual potential of the experience

Life in its essence is extremely simple and its guidelines easy to follow for an aware being. The problem is that nowadays we are mostly navigating adrift, without a clue in this ocean called life. Everything that happens to us has the potential to destroy us (to drag us deeper into the illusion) or to uplift us, meaning to give us the tools for our conscious awakening, towards realizing who we are and what’s the purpose for incarnating in this particular realm in this particular day and age, but more so: the pain that we are supposed to notice, accept and work with in order for it to become obsolete.

Everything that happens to us is definitely something that we have to experience, especially since it happened already. The first thing we can do to properly address the matter is to accept it no matter how hard it is to do so.

Acceptance itself it’s such a powerful tool that reduces a lot the negative impact of some unfortunate happenings.

When we accept something that happens, we exit already the low vibrational vortex of victimization, whining, guilt, shame and other unnecessary emotions and feelings. If we truly accept something there’s no reason anymore to roam in what happened, we automatically step into the present moment and instead of asking ourselves how would it have been if we would have act or said something differently, – which is useless because that moment is gone, and there’s absolutely no reason to waste your time and energy accusing self or other/-s, trying to project potential other approaches – we should rather accept what happened. So once you have accepted, the “problem” is already half solved.

Working with own faults, distortions and programs is way easier when those flaws are brought to the surface by a certain life event or triggered by a person in your life. I remember that someone asked me: “Well but how do I work my crap out?”

The first step is noticing the existence of the “crap”, secondly you accept the fact that it is there inside yourself and that it is affecting your life, your decisions and the outcome of your actions. The worst mistake that we’ve all been through throughout our lives is to blame external actors (aggressors) and situations. Take full responsibility, there’s no other way. The third part is working with it. Accepting the responsibility for that character flaw (like victimization, narcissism, controlling nature, aggression, lying…) and be ready to watch with awareness that particular flaw (for the moment) and decide to consciously stop its influence in your life. One way of working with it would be to notice when was the first time that we remember a similar pain to the one that we’re experiencing in the present circumstance even if the events might look different and unrelated. Then we should start asking, like kids, “Why do I have this pain? Because I feel hurt. Why do I feel hurt? Because I did that. Why have I done that?”… and so on until you manage to get to the root of the problem. Probably it’s useless to repeat that this will not work unless a full openness and truthfulness to self is employed. Most likely the root cause of the problem is some misinterpretation of a childhood occurrence, an over-exaggerated perspective over that early experience. Or it can be even some very serious abuse, violation, violence or even small – totally silly for our mind now- events where we felt ashamed, guilty, abused, raped, betrayed, alone, deserted, sinful and so on… One way of transcending it is to consciously go in to that same situation and look at the actual event happening in front of you, you being the victim (as a child – in that moment) and you being an adult, now, a spectator to the whole drama. Feel that pain fully in your body, accept it if still there, because it will not go unless you are experiencing it fully, getting it exhausted. See it in a very detached way, forgive yourself and whoever was the trigger or aggressor, know that we are supposed to take full responsibility for everything that happens in our lives, and know that nobody is truly a victim. Know that you are lighter now, having a better chance to evolve out of your misery because of that event taking place. Hug that broken, hurt child that is suffering in the replayed memory, cry together if necessary, but then explain the child that everything that we are experiencing is necessary for our further growth and beyond everything that we’ve learned, everything is definitely correct and always in alignment with the Divine construct laws to which our lives abide as everything else in the Existence.

So keep always in mind the dual potential of whatever happens in your life and remember that it’s only us and our reactions to it that truly determines the outcome of that (otherwise neutral life circumstance). We are the only ones self-sabotaging our own lives by choosing always the same path, the old path that we know, the automatic response of the autopilot, the victimized perspective. Letting go with ease is crucial, it’s the choice that defines who we are at the moment. Surrender and let go of everything, embrace challenges, be always ready for change, embrace things that you used to run from, like facing problems, pains, hard work and struggle or new experiences that you would have passed in the past otherwise. In order for you to pick different fruits from your garden you have to definitely plant different trees. Old trees will invariably give the fruits that you already know. Without a new approach, everything will continue as previously, so there’s no one to blame for your life circumstances but yourself, your choices and past deeds. But “blaming” (as a choice of wording) can be misleading, so you shouldn’t even blame yourself. Don’t blame anyone, but instead take responsibility for everything and remember that the secret is in your actions or the lack of them, in what you say or what you don’t say. Study your own being and the knowledge that is scattered in millions of books and individuals, will be unfolding from within yourself with ease. It was always there hidden under tons of unnecessary junk that you started sorting out. You were always That which is the essence of everything surrounding us. Good luck with sorting that huge pile out, I got some crap to work with myself 😁.

When the hell breaks loose

The true evolution is continuous change. All life circumstances and events are in continuous movement. Karma is fastly paid and tests are arising more and more. When the yogi is close, the whole “hell” breaks loose..yet don’t be scared, it is only the inner negativity which comes to the surface to be worked with and eventually transcended.

On this path towards remembering who we are there’s no longer stability, whole worlds are created, and destroyed in minutes the entire Creation is revealed in front of us. The victimized will feel like doomed. The true seeker will realize that he’s learning so fast that the whole world is moving faster for him only.

The price of evolution is continuous movement and “letting go”.

We are like in a cosmic washing machine, continuously spinning faster and faster until we either succumb to the trials and go back to the old or we find our inner peace which eventually will override the external turmoil.

The worst of the storms is the biggest blessing. The hecticness of life is a test of the level of inner contentment, acceptance and true surrender.

Life seems more and more like a movie and the realization of its illusory nature is more and more revealed through the almost chaotic, intense ups and downs that push our boundaries to the very limit. In the midst of drama there’s a chance to realize that we are just too involved in the “movie” although we are the spectator, the actor, the director and the movie itself. Once this realization is taking place, the whole illusion collapses like a mask from own face and the true nature of self and the external world can be grasped.

Although this realization is very powerful and has the chance to totally shift our perspective about things, if the time is not yet right we might continue to wonder around to exhaust whatever we came here to exhaust. But that true realization is a seed of destruction that will grow more and more. It’s the very destruction of the ignorance, the disillusionment that we’ve been searching our entire existence and although we might waste some time on things that are not part of the newer paradigm growing inside of us, eventually we will wake up to realize the futility of chasing chimeras and decide to follow what’s eternal and true.

Cheer up dear souls, there’s not even one which eventually won’t come back to the Source, even after hundreds and hundreds of lives.

After all it’s nothing but a combination of determination, courage, simplicity, selflessness and inner purity that lead us to the real inner-contentment, the stillness that is who we truly are. We are all One, the only difference is timing which exists only in this experience. We are all perfect already, yet each individual has a different goal and that determines the length of the journey. And it’s all happening only in this dimension, in other dimensions we are That already.

The desires are still keeping us prisoners to the duality, the very pleasure has in it embedded the pain. Hence love has in it the pain of loss, enjoyment of food, the hunger, and so on. Once we let go of everything the true eyes are slowly opening and we are allowed to see the illusion unfolding and its mechanisms are revealed.

We might still love, eat and enjoy life, but there will be no desire and no attachment that were keeping us from Being. Now everything will happen through Beingness, everything will come from the inner contentment that will annihilate the “good” or “bad” outcomes of our actions since there will be just a pure flow of your Being, unobstructed by desire to control this flow.

Hope, the biggest trap!

I am sure that the majority of you reading this article are going to scratch your heads in disbelief. So I will try to explain my perspective.

When we hope that something is going to happen in a certain way or the outcome of our actions is going to be the one that we want, we pave the way to diving deeper into the illusion and into misery.

Before taking birth into this life we’ve seen the things that we are supposed to experience and we agreed with them, believing that it will be like a walk in the park. Unfortunately the problem is that when the soul is not being bound to any physical vehicle (body) we can’t realize how much the pain would be felt in the body, how overwhelmed we might become by emotional pain and traumas, and we’re also unaware of how addictive is everything in this experience. Besides being out of the body means a certain higher level of freedom and a clearer vision of the world and the game that we are about to enter. Most of us fail over and over, because of hope doubled by ignorance. We are just unable to accept things the way they are. We are unable to realize that whatever happens is correct for us and there’s a big realization behind any trauma and “bad” or unpleasant event. I know this myself, yet it’s so hard to break free out of this extremely well-built game we’re living in.

Hope is the very desire to control, to manipulate life events towards a desired outcome. But what if being in this game with almost no awareness about who we truly are, and what is the purpose of us being here is impossible to grasp? What if surrendering to life and its flow is all we can do? It’s scary, because people are afraid, afraid of the unknown, afraid of events that will shake their lives. But if you are ready to go whatever way life comes, with a smile on your face, then you are definitely on the right track.

Hope is emphasized over and over again by mass-media, and the society in general. It is the warden of our invisible walls jail that we’re inhabiting. Hope is our very strong will and imposition onto ourselves. “I hope that I will get that job”, “I hope that my wife will love me forever “… The silly thing is that we are attached to things and people and by hoping, praying for something to happen we are influencing the outcome of life how it was planned before incarnating this time and we are missing the point hundreds and thousands of lives.

“I hope that I will get that nice job” . Maybe it’s a dead-end for you, maybe it’s some warm unnecessary stop from the evolution. Maybe by concentrating our creative energy towards achieving that goal we’re missing something better.

“I hope that my wife and I will be forever together”.

We are just trying to stop the time and it’s just a laughable idea. What if you don’t project any willpower, you are happy with the wife you are having, yet you are not dependent and you accept that nothing lasts forever and you are surrendering to life and the events that you chose to experience. I am not advocating lacking of vision or promiscuity,.. The things that I am talking about are subtle, they’re happening under the gross aspect of life, so we can enjoy life and its beauty, but recommended not to attach to anything due to the continuously changing characteristic of life.

We are powerful(without knowing it) and this is the downfall in the illusion, because we are trying to manipulate the game to achieve some minor comfort and we forget that our plan was to experience and expand our limited perspective about life. By praying or hoping towards achieving something, we are lost, we wasted another life and it will happen so until we relax and accept the ride (life) as it comes, without hopes or desire to manipulate events or the outcomes.

Now there’s this coronavirus fear all over. This makes us automatically infected by hope. We hope that we are not going to catch the virus, or if we catch it we hope that we won’t die,.. The illusion is getting stronger and stronger in its grip by hope. Accept the “reality” as it is, but employ your maximum awareness and flow in life with awareness. If so, you will always know what to do in a certain situation, you will know if and what to do, if and what to say. Just accept this ever-changing nature of life and your existential drama will fail to shake you.

Hope carries with it desire for a better life, better future, preservation of what we have.. Again attachment. By not being able to fully accept what we’re going through and what we are experiencing at the moment, we are blocking the possibility towards extracting the right essence, the right knowledge out of the situation so we are doomed to repeat the process in this life or the next until the lesson is learned and the true knowledge is extracted and imprinted into our beings.

Give up hope and build inside yourself acceptance towards whatever life brings and once in many thousands of lives we will start realizing our being and the purpose of our existence in here.

Are we rushing anywhere?

are we rushing anywhere

If the suicidal person will just give a day or two for that issue to burn itself off, there will be no death by suicide on this planet. I bet many of us had the idea at some point. Yet we are still here, and whatever was the motive that pushed us to take into account such a possibility, it eventually faded away. But in those moments, we love to project, to create monsters out of plain nothing, to feel that everyone hates us and takes advantage of us (victimized perspective), we tend to analyze and over analyze the facts, finding more disturbing (fake) things that we didn’t see before yet there’s nothing there, everything seems darker and darker. It is all our own creation and projection. Nothing is ever good or bad, there is just our analysis on that issue which brings a meaning to the facts. In fact everything is meaningless and time destroys eventually everything: ideas, perceptions, actual people, buildings, planets, stars, you name it. If you are not feeding the fire with fuel and/or it has no oxygen it will turn off by itself. Same with whatever issue you encounter. You feed a problem with your thoughts with your attention to it, with projecting, imagining outcomes, future events. Nothing is there, you are just artificially creating a bigger problem which doesn’t exist. Stop it, divert your mind from it, but come back when you’re calm so that you learn from it. Breathe deeply and you’ll see that whatever it was, it was just a storm in a glass of water.

Watch it, because when you are taking the road to fixing and removing the bad programming in your mind and subconscious, you are opening a Pandora’s box which is impossible to close. Either you walk the path or the path is going to consume you. Many have died trying (literally), it’s a path for the courageous, for the selfless people. It’s a magical path, which can be compared to a marathon but a marathon against various distorted versions of your own self. Be aware. It’s not easy, but it’s not always painful either. And it all depends on the perspective, so have no perspective, don’t judge the situation anyhow, accept everything comes your way lightly.

I would like to tell a small story about perspectives: One Buddhist monk sat under the tree where Buddha was said that attained enlightenment. That tree was a special tree and sometimes it was a path of communication between the true seekers and God. So this monk, looks above and asks:
– In how many lives I will attain enlightening?
God answers:
– You see, my son, count the leaves of the tree and as many lives it will take you to reach the enlightenment.
– This is horrible, said the monk and starts running while screaming and whining.

A second monk comes and sits under the tree and asks the same question.
The answer invariably the same.
– Thank you, that’s great… and he starts jumping like a child, claping hands and laughing… so I will get my enlightenment after all…
In that same moment the monk got enlightened.

You see, both monks received the same answer but each saw it in a very different way. Life is always according to the individual perspective and perception through own veils. And the one with no expectations received the boon that was promised after thousand lives. So like this in life, one has to learn to let go. Letting go of everything: expectations, people, hopes, desires, addictions, bad habits… But there has to be a vision, a Higher Vision, a goal that is beyond any tiny little mundane ambitions. And being patient and understanding that it may take a lot of time, may shorten actually the time of waiting and transforming oneself may come sooner than expected. The funny part is that whoever is rushing and wants things fast, will just run like a tiny mouse in a hamster wheel, pointlessly, since you can’t make anything happen before the time is right. You can never trick the Higher Self, the Universal Consciousness, you can just arm yourself with humbleness and patience and maybe you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

See, this self-improvement road is a very long and bumpy road, but by Grace, you are supported, even when you think you are not. You are loved and supported and above all watched. Start on this route with no expectations whatsoever. Just desire to be a better version of yourself and many boons are given without even you noticing. Like in a game when one player reaches the end of the level, he gets points and rewards, because after all this life is just a game, and the only certitude in this game is that at some point everyone surrenders the body.

If we make the boons our destination, we are just caught in the power game, and that same power which we may be dreaming of having will eventually destroy us.

So, you think is there anywhere to rush?
